I ordered curbside through the app and got a message stating my order was on the way out for curbside. 10 mins go by and still no order. Finally, I just got out and went inside to inquire the status of my order and literally saw my order just sitting on the back counter. There was only one person ordering at the counter while the other 4-5 associates were just hanging out, laughing and talking amongst themselves. I asked about my order and the associate just turned around, grabbed it and handed it to me without any comment or apology. I asked if anyone was ever gonna bring my order out and i was met with just a dumbfounded stare from all of them. I’ve, now, wasted my time and my food is cold and not fresh from just sitting there. If you’re looking for incompetence, you’ll find it here … in the highest degree possible.

Ok, the food it great to me... I love the Cobb Chicken salad. The only negative is the long lines....I got a nail in my tire and I was ? but the food/services is great....

The best place to eat and the fastest service you get to I like it excellent….
I love picking up curbside here. Only problem is the pickup spaces aren’t monitored. Does anyone in the mall keep regular shoppers from parking there? Want to keep coming but have been told I have to park close up from one of those spots and I’m not waiting for one to become available when no one is in their cars.

Normally I’m not one to complain, but I work in the mall and eat at the food court a lot and this is the only place that messes up my order. For 4 times in a row they either forget my sauce or a part of my order!
