The food was great as usual. I tried the peppermint shake and it was really good. The staff is great and very fast considering I was there at lunch on a Saturday, I expected for it to take longer. I was able to sit outside in the sun, because the weather was beautiful.

I love this Chick-fil-A! Most CFA stores are run extremely well, but this one stands out to me in the aspect of service. They truly love to serve. I watched one team member handle a high chair for a customer with a child and then aid with sticking down one of their eating mats for her all while engaging in kind conversation. The workers here are a delight. The food is delicious too, but even if it wasn’t, I’d come back just to enjoy watching the team interact with their customers.

Reading the previous reviews I'm so glad this location improved. It's my favorite Chick-fil-A location in Franklin. I normally go when the breakfast, lunch and dinner rush dies down to order and/or pick up food. Lately, I've been ordering party trays and every time I stop by to pick them up my order is accurate. I picked up a party tray last night as well as a few to-go orders and had help from the manager carry the items to my car! How precious is this man to stop what he was doing to assist a lady. Oh he also called me to make sure I picked up my party tray, due to running late thanks to the Nashville traffic, which was a very kind gesture. So because of these little positive nuggets I'll continue spending my money at this location. I hate I didn't have cash on me to tip the manger because in my opinion he DESERVED A TIP! All because it started to get busy while I was leaving and he could have easily told an employee to help me or just let me be. Overall, he stepped in to assist so kudos to him for setting the example to be kind and helpful.

Food quality here has dramatically declined. I was actually only given 4 nuggets in both my grilled and regular nuggets 5 count , but I honestly didn't care because they tasted so bad I wouldn't have wanted to choke down anymore of the food .
I love Chick-Fil-A! I wish they would bring back curbside pickup because I am disabled and use a walker and the drive-thru traffic will not stop to let me in the buildimg so I usually just give up because of rudr Columbia drivers.
