I am absolutely obsessed with chic fil a. My favorite thing is the kale crisp with grilled chicken. So flavorful. No dressing needed. Try it!
They just stack the orders allowing them to get cold. Then they help the through the app orders, drive thru and then walk ins.

Horrible. I ordered a pick up order that I was taking to my son's school for him, my wife, myself and his teacher. Ordered 4 sandwiches, 4 fries, 4 drinks and 2 cookies. Took an irregular amount of time to receive the order even though I ordered ahead. Got to the school and 2 sandwiches were left out of the order and the 2 cookies as well. So my wife and I had to just eat fries. Very bad experience.

I ordered pickup and when I got there the drive thru was empty so I went through to pickup. They said they couldn’t find my order and I accidentally put it for curbside and couldn’t change it. When they found it they asked me to go to the window. Then at the window he asked me if I had an order. 🤦♀️ I told him I accidentally put it for curbside so he then tells me “So if you pull around to the curbside parking well bring it to you.”
Zero customer service except the girl who brought the food to my car, she was very nice.

No pup cups and no military discount unless you come in uniform! Honestly disrespectful as we are soldiers 24/7.
The food was great as usual. I tried the peppermint shake and it was really good. The staff is great and very fast considering I was there at lunch on a Saturday, I expected for it to take longer. I was able to sit outside in the sun, because the weather was beautiful.

I appreciate that they are very friendly when you come and order inside. They open the door for you and greet you. They always listen to what you're wanting. As a consumer I appreciate being heard and seen.
