I love Chick-Fil-A! I wish they would bring back curbside pickup because I am disabled and use a walker and the drive-thru traffic will not stop to let me in the buildimg so I usually just give up because of rudr Columbia drivers.

I love this location! The workers always do a good job with the food! We were sitting outside here and one of the workers saw we were struggling with opening the umbrella so they came out and opened it for us, which was a big mark for me, they are extremely helpful!

The Franklin location, hwy 96, is OK to visit while traveling. I highly recommend avoiding peak times because this particular location is really, really slow ? during rush periods. I was disappointed with today's visit to learn they don't offer senior drinks at this location. I ordered a senior coffee ☕️ at the drive-thru window but learned at the pick-up window that it's not offered here. I should have been told upon ordering versus at the pick-up window holding up the line to void the coffee off my transaction. This is the reason I gave them a low score on service. Which ultimately averaged an overall score of 3 for this visit. I hope they improve should I visit Franklin, Tennessee, in the future.
Franklin Chick-Fil-A: the only place where you can mobile order a chicken sandwich, fries, sweet tea, and warm cookies, and feel like royalty in the drive-through. The staff was friendlier than my grandma at Thanksgiving, and my order was ready faster than I could say 'my pleasure.' The sandwich was hot, the fries were crisp, the tea was perfectly sweet, and the cookies were like a warm hug. Five stars, because this Chick-Fil-A knows how to deliver both food and smiles with impeccable speed and style!

Was stuck in drive through for over thirty minutes. Came for breakfast. Entered the drive thru line at about 10:15. By the time I got to the guy to order it was already past 10:30….. absolutely ridiculous. Only ordered 1 item. Was told they couldn’t do anything about and left with nothing after sitting and sweating my but off in the driving though for A HALF HOUR
