I came in today bc Chicken Salad sounded good. I went to counter to place order. I had ordered 2 of the Classic Carol, one being a BLT. I also ordered a side of the pasta salad. She ran my card and first thing on the screen is how much tip I want to give. Really I find that insulting. I pay and wait. My order was brought out to me. I get home and both sandwiches are BLT's, there is no side and one got no pickle!Again, really?! Won't be back

I’d been wanting to try this for quite some time but didn’t because I thought it was expensive. However, I found it very affordable and a good size portion. Since I travel for work, I’m always looking for options. Absolutely love the broccoli salad and every flavor of chicken salad I’ve tried so far.

If you like chicken salad, you'll love Chicken Salad Chick!They have a wide variety of chicken salad flavors, including traditional options, interesting savory flavors, fruity blends, and even a few spicy flavors. I've tried more than a few of their flavors, and have enjoyed them all. You can get chicken salad on a sandwich, or as a scoop. They also have some side dishes, which I've found to be pretty good.When I first tried Chicken Salad Chick I had no idea it was a chain. I thought it was a one-off mom-and-pop place. I think that says something about the quality of the food, and the unique and interesting flavors.The only thing I didn't care for on the food front was their pimento cheese. It wasn't creamy at all, and seemed like just grated cheese with some chopped up peppers mixed in.In my experience the service can be a little hit or miss. In general the staff is friendly, but they also often seem to be distracted. More than a few times I've come in to pick up my online order and the staff have been busy with other things and took a minute to get to me.But their chicken salad is very good, so if you like chicken salad in general you should definitely give them a try. And you should try some of their interesting flavor options as well!

Cute dining room, fantastic chicken salads! The fancy Nancy chicken salad is delicious, can't wait to try other kinds! Big portions turn out to be a good value too - hubby and I split a croissant sandwich and extra scoop with a side of broccoli slaw (yummy!) for $12. What a deal!
Good value for money, and a little something that's not every day. Friendly service, clean location, and very tasty food. It feels in the middle between fast food, and sit down.

What a delightful little cafe experience. And from the ongoing line for lunch, people love their food. It's not often you can find a restaurant that is devoted to a singular type of entree that makes it work. But Chicken Salad Chick is exactly what it sounds like. Really, really good chicken salad. I had a lemon basil chicken salad with my lunch today and it was delicious. Highly recommend. Upgrade your plate to a trio and you can add on an additional side or chicken salad flavor for just $2. Which for me means lunch tomorrow:-) Trust me. A good lunch two days in a row is hard to come by. You can thank me later.

First time going to this one, usually go to Huntsville one. Unfortunately I craved this for months to barely get a smidge of chicken salad on my croissant, the smallest “scoop” for the side, no tomato when I asked for tomato, and all my cracker packs had been opened so they were stale. It was a huge bummer so I won’t be back. The staff was friendly, but I ordered to go and had already left and gotten onto the interstate so couldn’t come back.
