This Chili’s is usually very consistent with good food at a good price. I must have visited them on an off day. I couldn’t wait to try the triple dipper after seeking it online for the past few months. I had the mozzarella sticks with Nashville hot on another visit and they were spicy. This time they weren’t and the sliders that I ordered with it were raw Inside. Hey Chilli’s, y’all got to do better!

We went with a party of 5 and both mine and my partner’s orders were wrong. When my order came out the second time, the burger was very unevenly cooked, half of it medium rare and half well done. My burger and fries were mediocre at best, however my friends seemed to enjoy their triple dippers and southwest eggs rolls.

Mandi was absolutely awesome! I sat in the bar, my drinks were strong and my food was hot. Since the changes seem to be working, this will probably become my lunch spot.

We were greeted by an employee opening the second set of doors. There were people waiting. A host asked how many in our party. Then walked away. He asked if we wanted to sit in the bar. Anytime I’ve been asked that staff means a table in the bar. No, he meant at the bar counter. We would have been okay to sit at a table in the bar, but if we had wanted the bar counter we’d have gone there directly.
Then the host took us to a table, but we had to wait for the busser and a server to finish the table. Then we sat.
We ordered chips and salsa. The salsa seemed watered down and the chips stale. Very stale. First time I’ve never finished the chips.
The Don Julio marg was very refreshing and on point. The rest of the food was delicious.

Basic on all things. Generally the food is all good and even when busy service typically has a clue or at least aware of it.
Unfortunately this was a miss and wasn’t bad not terrible. Just have basic expectation of tourist restaurant where they don’t care and you won’t get sick.

Just had a great meal here and our server Lauren was amazing! We are used to mediocre service so it was a pleasant surprise to have such a caring and attentive person tending to us.

Our server was seated adjacent to us. Didn’t come greet us but sat with his friends for the majority of our visit, if not the entire time. We only got service after asking a passing worker for help and they got the manager. The manager took our order but the server of this section seemed like he just wanted to sit with his two friends. They were seated roughly 5mins after us but got their food less than 10mins of them being there. Why is he employed if he’s not working?? He seemed to check on the other tables around us but would just look at us. The only time he came to our table was to ask if I was legal since I had a margarita. Didn’t introduce himself. Didn’t ask if we needed anything. Just if I was legal, he asked 3 times. How did I get the drink if I wasn’t?
Also witnessed a different employee tell him he needed to go service us but he insisted on bussing the table behind us instead. He literally yanked the plates from the employee like he didn’t want to service us whatsoever. Again why does he work here genuinely.

I ordered chips and 3 dips+ melted white cheese. The chips were good. The dips were pitiful. The avocado dip was flavorless. The salsa was like salsa water. The meaty brown sauce was almost ok and the white cheese was a white mass of glob!
I had the two IPAs. Stone and Lagunitas. Both tasted like they were a mixture of 1/4 water + 3/4 beer. Pitiful experience. Will not be spending my $30 ever again at a Chili’s
