This place was a mess from the moment we walked in. We were excited to try it based on the hype, but it ended up being a huge letdown.

First off, we were seated quickly—but that’s where the efficiency stopped. We sat for what felt like forever before anyone even looked our way. No greeting, no water, nothing. We kept thinking someone would come over any minute, but instead, we watched a group of servers hanging out near the host stand laughing and staring at their phones. One of them actually leaned on a counter watching videos. No urgency, no awareness.

When we finally got someone to acknowledge us (after flagging them down), they seemed annoyed we were interrupting. By that point, we were already irritated, but we tried to give it a chance. That was a mistake. The service stayed slow and disorganized, and our food took ages. When it finally came, it was lukewarm and looked like it had been sitting for a while.

Overall, it felt like the staff just didn’t want to be there—and after that experience, neither did we. Terrible service, inattentive staff, and food that wasn’t even worth the wait. Don’t believe the good reviews—ours was anything but a good time.

Easily one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. We walked in and were seated fairly quickly, but after that, it all went downhill fast. We sat at our table for over 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging us—no menus, no water, nothing. Meanwhile, we could clearly see multiple servers just standing around, laughing, chatting, and glued to their phones. Not one of them even glanced in our direction, let alone came over to help.

It wasn’t even that busy, which made it all the more frustrating. A couple of other tables around us looked just as annoyed, so it wasn’t just us. After about 25 minutes of waiting and being completely ignored, we finally flagged someone down who acted like we were inconveniencing them by asking for service.

By that point, the whole experience had already left a bad taste in our mouths (and we hadn’t even ordered food yet). We ended up leaving before ordering anything—it just wasn’t worth the time or frustration. If your staff can’t be bothered to look up from their phones long enough to do their jobs, maybe they shouldn’t be working in hospitality. Definitely will not be coming back, and I’d strongly suggest others think twice before wasting their time here.

We had a really disappointing experience here. We waited over 20 minutes just to be acknowledged and get any sort of service. The place wasn’t even that busy, but the staff seemed more interested in being on their phones than helping customers. Several servers were standing around chatting or scrolling instead of checking on tables. It felt like we were completely ignored. Definitely won’t be coming back.

The last time my family and I went here we had a bad experience. The service was slow like a bunch of snails. The food was ok but it was over priced and the price tag was ridiculous on the amount that we got. The atmosphere felt off and it just didn’t seem to be worth the hassle. The parking had a couple of cars there. The staff was not on point and there were plenty of tables that could have been filled up. The wait was to get our order in along with our food and drinks was terrible. Please hire more staff to keep up with the demand of customers that are not wanting to cook at home.

The staff was very kind, and the food was good. The bar seating area is pretty tight, but the vibe is worth it.

Great atmosphere and great staff, they always make sure to check in and take good care of their customers. They have a great food selection and overall a great atmosphere. Thank you for the great experience Chili's!! Looking forward to our next visit.

The Chicken Bacon Quesadilla and the White Cheddar Mac And Cheese 🧀 was so GOOD 😃 AND DELICIOUS 🤤🤩! After I ordered, my food was already served that so fast and quick 😃! Nice 👍 thank you 🤩! I only waited for like 7 minutes, not bad at all 😉👍!

Just left this establishment and wanted to say this was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had... waiter didn't refill any drink on the table.. had to take the leftovers home wrapped in napkins... waiter didn't even bother asking if we needed box or anything forced us to chokedown the food with no drinks...... this place is sad.. first time trying this place and will also be my last..

I sat at the bar at this particular Chili's on Bakers Bridge road, it's just down the street from where I live I don't remember the bartender's name, but he was amazing! I used to work at this Chili's years ago in the kitchen area and it was disgusting, but apparently management has come in and made some valuable changes. I'll give this place five stars

We stopped for lunch and were seated immediately. We ordered and had the food within ten minutes. They weren't very busy as it was around 2PM. I had the Cajun pasta. My husband had the burger. Both were excellent.

This Chili’s is usually very consistent with good food at a good price. I must have visited them on an off day. I couldn’t wait to try the triple dipper after seeking it online for the past few months. I had the mozzarella sticks with Nashville hot on another visit and they were spicy. This time they weren’t and the sliders that I ordered with it were raw Inside. Hey Chilli’s, y’all got to do better!

We went with a party of 5 and both mine and my partner’s orders were wrong. When my order came out the second time, the burger was very unevenly cooked, half of it medium rare and half well done. My burger and fries were mediocre at best, however my friends seemed to enjoy their triple dippers and southwest eggs rolls.
