Terrible food, small portions. I'll just call my credit card company like someone else suggested. Chipotle support is USELESS.

The absolute worst chipotle. Believe all the negative reviews they have. Go somewhere else.

Not sure what the problem is with the employees at this location but they all need an attitude check. It’s always this vibe. 3 employees were at the front when I walked in and when I got to the counter they all went to the back and ignored me. Then finally one employee came up took time to restock something and begrudgingly said what do you want.

Been here quite a bit, but the last couple times the cleanliness has gotten significantly worse. There was food all over the counter and a lot of the toppings had been mixed together. There was no line and workers were even standing around.

Stopped there for a quick pick up for dinner since I received a free entree when chipotle was giving back to medical professionals which I appreciate. The coupon was an e gift card and they seemed to struggle with it but figured it out or just trusted me and gave me the burrito. I tried the new chicken honey which was a little spicy but outstanding. I would recommend it again. Service was quick and good. Plenty of seating. I will be back!

This was the most disgusting meal I’ve had in a long time. Food was Luke warm. Restaurant was filthy. Why do people like Chipotle? Dos Bros is 100 times better and cleaner.

I went at 6pm on a wednesday. They were out of steak. Out of brown rice and the grill looked disgusting. It felt disorganized. Normally the food is fine and service is 3/5 but not good tonight

Afraid we haven't had good experiences here. Staff don't listen to questions, instead put the wrong items on. The flavor is monotone and bland, slightly salty. The restaurant always has dirty tables and a sticky, wet drink bar.

I’m not one to leave poor reviews often but I felt compelled to leave a candid review as to the state of this particular Chipotle as someone who has happily gone to this location for the better part of close to 4 years and has visited all but one chipotle location in the Nashville area.

At one point in time, I genuinely considered this to be the best Chipotle in the Nashville area barring the one on Thompson lane. Great service very engaging staff, absolutely phenomenal product and well organized. In fact, I originally gave this place my first ever 5 star review on Google.

However, over the past few months the changes have absolutely been abysmal. I don’t know if it’s the changes in leadership at this establishment or corporate leadership, but it has gone downhill to the point I have no intention to ever return to this location despite living 5 minutes from it.

This has been my past four experiences:

-This location has always been high volume. The last two times I went, they were out of all chicken, steak, guacamole, and queso by 6:15pm on a Tuesday.

How in god’s green earth do you run out of queso 4 hours before you close especially when you charge what you for a half scoop of it here? And this is a common occurrence. Sometimes they’ll post it on the door, sometimes you find it out halfway into making your bowl. I learned about capacity planning in a business 101 class in college 15 years ago and “knowing thy business” is a pretty basic concept.

-either a positive or a negative, your meat will never ever be undercooked here. It will be VERY well done. Your chicken will be hard and crunch. Your steak will be black. I cannot speak to the pork but lord have mercy the last two times I’ve went (both earlier and the day and evening) I genuinely threw it away.

-the current staff is really standoff-ish. Asking for extra white rice makes you a war criminal. I’m what I’d like to consider a very respectful and kind person and I’ve worked in sales for a long time and strive to make everyone’s day better because I 1000% know what it’s like to be on the other side with someone awful .

But, my experience here for the last 3 months and giving them like 10 chances has lead me to believe I am not welcome here. And I concur and will obliged.

If you’re looking for a nice burrito or bowl, go elsewhere. Because it is no longer here as it once was. Do better, Chipotle leadership.
