The most disappointing chipotle experience I’ve ever had. I’ve eaten chipotle hundreds and hundreds of times.
We forgot to include cheese on an entree. When we requested cheese after the purchase, they insisted on charging us $1.67 for shredded cheese! Even though we already made a full entree order that didn’t have any cheese. Rude aggressive manager would not understand how illogical this was.
There’s a better chipotle a mile or so away. Go to the Cool Springs blvd store instead.

Portion sizes at this location are horrible, the employees treat your food as if it’s getting deducted out of their paycheck. It’s to the point where an employee will scoop food out of your plate and place it back in the food line… Food is ridiculously over salted, I suggest you drive to the cool springs blvd location not too far away.

Just like many of the other reviews, the attitude from the staff and disrespect to the customers and their piers is unreal. Super disappointing as a paying customer. Especially in front of many little kids at the restaurant. Hopefully there will be some change in management because this is really disappointing for the community to have this behavior and disrespect towards everyone around them. Tried to give it multiple tries, but the culture at this location is just terrible. Will not come to this one again.

I've gotten burritos the size of taco bell burritos from this place. That is not Chipotle's burrito size in my experience at other chipotles across the country. I've ordered from here since it has opened, and I will say that is more misses than hits. Save your money's worth and order from the cool springs blvd location.

Terrible service, rude staff. Sure, service might not matter if the food is decent, but even that was a letdown—stale down to the very last of the leftovers, with peppers that were black and brown. When I asked if they had more, I was told it would be a 30-minute wait. They were out of a bunch of ingredients, and the staff clearly didn’t care. I asked to speak with the manager, and his response was simply, “Oh well.” Such a shame to invest so much into building a brand and establishing a location in a nice area, only to hire staff who don’t give a damn. Honestly, it’d be better to have robots—you’d at least get some service and consistency. Or maybe pay people who care enough to actually work. Stay away and go somewhere else!

Absolutely loved the new Honey Chipotle Chicken at Chipotle! I tried it in a bowl, and the sweet and smoky flavor was the perfect balance. It added a delicious twist to my usual order, and the chicken was juicy and perfectly seasoned. Highly recommend giving it a try—definitely a new favorite!

Gross overpriced lunch, the lettuce was brown and wilted with a tiny scoop of protein. $61 for lunch for 4 people is crazy expensive for subpar food and service. Not a good value for money

Whenever I feel the need to order Chipotle, I read the Google reviews then am reminded as to why NOT to order it. My past experiences have been anything but satisfactory. I have even refrained from ordering chips because they never, ever have chips available yet still charge you for it. It’s so sad this is the kind of service we receive now and for many people, including myself, we just accept it cause what else can we do as consumers?
