Chipotle is my go to place to eat! This location is next to my workplace. I never ordered here because of the worst reviews. Today I was hungry and no time to drive to the another chipotle location. Hence I ordered here. The cashier charged the incorrect bill, worst food and the service is terrible. The veggie bowl was given with half cooked rice, bland veggies, few beans and almost with little or no guacamole. WORST SERVICE! I never visit this place again.

It's always something at this Chipotle. Mobile order is wrong, the computer is down, receipt printer is broken, etc... Sadly just another poorly run disappointing Chipotle.

Holy cow is this play bad. It’s not totally the employees working here’s fault but they do have a bad attitude. But when your chipotle is THIS bad… I understand the attitude. It is bad from top to bottom. Management, everything. Just shut her down

Normally would not waste time to review a Chipotle but as many others have stated this location is exceptionally bad. Had large line and one person working the food line and register 1 hour before close on a Sat. 5 other employees doing closing work and clearly seeing a large line but not one thought to make an effort to help customers instead of doing closing work. Poor attitude from the one person helping customers. I ordered chips, all I got was "we out". Burritos had each topping in one clump, so you get a bite or rice, eventually a bite of meat, later a mouth full of guac. Almost like the person making it goes out of their way to make a bad burrito which is not easy. Clearly there is a management/owner problem at this location because every other Chipotle I have been to has been fine. There is a reason why this particular location has so many 1 star reviews, it deserves it!

I’m a big fan of chipotle. I order Chipotle at least once a week. There are 2 Chipotle locations near me. One on Coolsprings Rd., and one on Carothers Pkwy., both in Franklin, TN. Carothers Pkwy, location is comparatively new. But in a short time they are open, they have made huge mistakes with my orders more than once. They have given beef instead of Chicken for me. I’m a Hindu and don’t eat beef for religious reasons. My order is through app. So there is no way they “heard” the order wrong. They even put my order correctly in the receipt when I pickup food. I’m having to drive 15 minutes one way to come back and show them the issue and they simply say they’ll redo the order, and don’t even apologize. They talk as if redoing the order is a favor. They have really bad customer service if you are ordering online/using app. Hopefully they change the staff and hire who can get the order right.Dietary restrictions: Hindu diet. We were given beef instead of chicken.

It really is amazing that this location is still open. What’s the point of order ahead if everytime I use the app and wait until my scheduled time I then have to wait 10 minutes for someone to make it only to mess it up completely.There could be no one in the store and you best believe you’re going to wait way past your scheduled pickup time.

There are 2 workers here that I believe have great attitudes and take care of customers,But I’ve had many quality issues at this chipotle and the staff seems unprofessional, at many times rude, and does not care about what they do.I hate leaving poor reviews, and this is the first one I’ve left in over 3 years, but there needs to be a change for this to even match even 20% of the quality of surrounding chipotles.Want our community here in Franklin to exude excellence
