The portions they give is horrible. I can take 1 or 2 bites and finish the proteins. The rice and beans looks as if there scared to put a full spoon in the bowl. With how much it cost $30ish I would think it should look like the advertising photos on the posters a least. Come on Chipotle

This was the nastiest fast food restaurant experience I’ve had in a long time. Literally every single table was covered in food. Under every table was covered, too. They were out of lids, napkins, and many utensils. It was highly unsanitary. If it is this nasty outside where people sit, how bad is it behind the counter? I only got one picture, and unfortunately, it wasn’t of the tables since my kids were eating there and a few other people were there. But you couldn’t take a step without getting food on your shoes. They may have been short staffed, but it seems like 4 people working the front could share one or two people for a while to clean up. It was 7 PM on a Sunday evening, not prime time. The taste of the food was “normal” and as expected for the most part, but seeing how dirty things were, I’m not convinced it was the most germ free meal I’ve ever eaten.

Food was good. Service at the counter was fine. We went on Christmas Eve a couple of hours before they were set to close. They were already cleaning everything. I get it, everyone wants to go home early, but don't let that impact your service. While we were eating, they were mopping the floors in the dining room (left pretty wet on a slippery surface), turned off the soda fountain and removed the nozzle, and covered up the main trash cans and put a small one in front to use. All while people were still coming in and even as we were leaving. The little things like that can prevent loyal customers from coming back.

This Chipotle skimps on ingredients and has novice workers. I walked in, ordered a steak buritto, watched him put half the normal serving of steak on the tortilla, and then after he was done adding ingredients, watched him roll the burrito like he's never rolled one in his life, losing a bunch of the interior contents before finishing it (look it's not hard, I know, I've worked in a kitchen that made burritos) Not worth your money or mine. Find a better staffed place.

Portions are nothing like any other Chipotle in the area. Ridiculous how small they are compared to every other Chipotle location. Also had issues checking out a few times. Unlike other Chipotle’s you can not see what is being rang up. Been overcharged twice and only realized when food gets home and we review the receipt.

The chips arrive with the enthusiasm of a week-old tortilla left on the counter—stale, every single time, like clockwork. Yet here I am, stubbornly DoorDashing my lunch from this place order after order, which is the only reason I'm graciously awarding three stars instead of the one or two it truly deserves on the chip front. Come on, Chipotle: fresh chips aren't a luxury, they're a non-negotiable Mexican restaurant basic. No bueno.
This is the worst meal we have ever purchased! We ordered delivery and our order wasn't even close. I guess you will be like burger King and only last a month or so! What a joke for $50.00!!
