Ordered to go online waited for a text for my order to be ready to enter spot # never came never was contacted waited and then finally called store dealt with this guy who wasn’t friendly and had no customer service experience and then proceeded to bring out my food which is cold. For $30 on food this is the worst experience ever! Do not order form or go here.

Our bartender was top notch! He's always great! Was very careful about my food allergy too.

To each their own but their food all tasted the same. My wife loves it.
This is our first visit to a Chuy’s and happy we found this location. Near tons of shopping with easy parking. The greeter took quick attention to us and we chose to eat outside on the patio. Our server got to us and brought chips, with salsa and spicy ranch dip. We ordered cheese enchiladas, fajitas tacos, and child quesadilla which came with fries and an orange push pop. The fajita tacos were just grilled, thick chicken with stuff on the side. Not really fajitas though. The cheese enchilada has con carne which took me back to yesteryear. Service was stellar. The restaurant was clean. We hope to return on another visit to the area.
Typically an every other Friday place, Denise makes it so good every time, with friends, with family, alone, she makes the visit worth it.

Food was tasty but cheese was cool and not melted in my enchiladas. I mentioned it to the waiter and no reply. Taco, beans and rice were all good. Dips provided upon seating were tasty.

Chuy's is definitely worth a visit for a good meal with a different vibe.
The menu features a selection of tasty dishes, it does feel somewhat limited though. The variety doesn't quite cover the broad spectrum of Mexican cuisine that you might expect.
Despite this, the options they do provide are well executed and satisfying.

21 minutes wait at 7pm on 2.21.25, dining room visibly 1/3 empty
7 minutes from seated to greeted
5 more to drinks and app orders
Warned kitchen was 40-50 minutes behind for entrées, when waitress brought drinks we placed order
Waitress checked in multiple times during wait for more chips/refills
47 minutes to entrées
1 entree (tex mex bowl) all food was cold to touch
Overall, we had a meh experience

Placed an expensive catering order for pick up at 10:45 - arrived and was told it wasn’t going to be ready on time because they don’t open until 11. If you don’t open until 11, don’t offer pick up times before 11……… I usually order catering from the chuys in Brentwood and they always have it ready before 11 as requested. Disappointed in this location.

Been to four Chuys in Florida. All were great! This one? Stay away!! Slow service and food thrown on a plate. A few years ago you had on your menu chili Relinos. . They were taking off the menu during Covid when you were only providing a limited menu. I noticed this location has them new on the menu so I thought I’d give them a try premade frozen chicken was not to be found, but maybe four pieces and two of peppers. The crust was absolutely horrible. It tasted like a Mrs. Paul’s fish sticks. Definitely not the same product you used to carry before Covid. Our server was too personal about his life and made us feel uncomfortable tall guy slender with glasses.. chips that were brought to the table were undercooked and greasy. Nothing like what I’ve had in the past. I do not recommend this location.

Very nice server, even though we came in a bit late. Chuy's has the best Tex-Mex, hands down, although this night probably wasn't the kitchen's best. Even so, I highly recommend Chuy's.

This restaurant has a very good take on Tex-Mex style food. My opinion is that everyone who likes Mexican food should give this restaurant a try.
