I had a bad experience here with the service. The day I went there was hardly anyone there, only one table of people. There was no one to greet me when I entered the restaurant and I went to the bar to order takeout because there was a sign that indicated that was the thing to do. There was another person in front of me to picked up their takeout but the person that brought it out didn’t even acknowledge my existence. Very rude and bad attitude . I left because they didn’t seem to want my business and they were waiting my time.

We tried this place in the past and it was good. But we went again to give it another try and it was terrible. The service was bad and the food was cold. All the dishes were cold - tacos, loaded tots, nachos, and a bowl. The flavor was also lacking from what it used to be. It's a shame! We liked it other times!

Place looks ok from the outside .Let’s talk about the food queso was white melting grade American cheese probably mix with 1/2 and 1/2 cream no flavors lacking body maybe just needed to add a did of pico de gallo. And the chips are make with regular corn tortillas no seasoning and don’t even cook properly (all sticking to each other) , when you say chips you need to served the thin corn tortillas they will absorbe more queso , are crispy and hold better.Tacos shrimp Baja taco with rice on it :( and maybe 2 shrimp the rice overpowered the other flavor define no a Baja style taco.The other two tacos “plane Jane” and “the heater” were a little better in flavor however cold tortillas where so cold the fall a part.I will like to think it was a bad day for the kitchen base in others reviews.I wish they can do better.

3/1/24 is Employee Appreciation Day. I ordered the 15 person taco bar for my employees. Look when I tell you these were the best tacos ever..they were! It was so much food! It fed 23 people! My employees absolutely loved it! I will be a repeat customer.The staff at Condado Tacos were very friendly. They even carried the food out to my car for me. The atmosphere was amazing. I'm going to have to bring the family there very soon! If you order their taco bar you will not be disappointed!

Wanted to try something new. The food was great! Margarita was fantastic! Service was slow. Our server took our order. I’m guessing they were short-staffed. It took over 10 min to get the margarita and our appetizer came about 23 min later. Our food came not 60 sec later. Overall, very aesthetically pleasing restaurant and food was great! Service not so much? Our server took our order and checked on us at the end of our meal. I know it was busy.Dietary restrictions: They have symbols on the menu to let you know what is vegan, dairy, gluten-free, which I definitely appreciated.
The food was so good and amazing. The service I had was so good. The nachos I had filling and the taco was super flavorful. The waitress I had was so informed with what I was ordering and explaining. Love the ambiance inside and have some good music playing as well. Friendly smiles and good service. Those are the upsides this place has going for them. Now to the important part.. the food. I tried Condado roughly a year ago and dined in, I wasn’t a huge fan then but something made me decide to try them again for takeout tonight. Walked in a little early for my pickup and the order wasn’t ready yet, no worries, at this moment I’m just glad my food is being made fresh. My order was fulfilled timely so took it back home 9 minutes away from Condado. Ate the first taco (Lucy’s Fire) and the flavor was there but the taco was cold. 2nd taco i pulled out the bag was The Heater, steak was so cold it tasted like it just came out the fridge took two bites and threw it away. Last taco I tried was the Purple Haze, it was too cold to eat along with the flavors being inedible. Street corn shouldn’t even be called street corn. Hard pass on Condado Tacos.

Mmmmm!! Yes! I love COLD tacos!! All seven of the tacos I ordered were cold just a few minutes after ordering Togo. I gave the benefit of the doubt at first but then my brother ordered Togo as well and came back within minutes and yet again COLD tacos. The chorizo queso was good though.

My Wife and I love Condado’s! The food, service, and atmosphere is top notch. We have been eating at this location since they opened and have only had one bad experience out of close to a hundred visits. The manager Kimberly Scheffer took care of it right away without question which was awesome because we very rarely will complain. To have our complaint handled with such grace was amazing and we will keep coming back for years to come! Thank you all for the great dining experiences and delicious food! Merry Christmas!

I got Food poisoning on Sunday night. I ordered The blanco cheese dip and it was burnt yellow and they told me they just over cooked it. I ordered the power plant taco. I was Sick for two days.Fast forward, I just received an email stating they take it seriously and tomorrow I will be there to meet with someone. With that being said, I would gladly go back to restaurant that is willing to fix and issue instead of saying I’m sorry.
