Dang I’ve loved this place for a long time but ever since management changed in 2023 to be honest the place has gone downhill. I saw the girl in the fulfillment section literally walk out to drop of a box with her gloves and then prepare another order with those same gloves she was grabbing the doors and other stuff and didn’t even changed gloves when grabbing the cookies. Came in today to get cookies as a gift and this is how I got them. The frosting on the vanilla cookie was so oily too I had to take it off. The chocolate chip cookie was hard as well I’m so disappointed this was my favorite crumble cookie place I think I might have to go to Brentwood now. Not only that but the place walking in looks dirty and unclean. I believe we lost a good place

This store was really clean. I asked for a chocolate chip cookie without sea salt but they didn’t have any to provide which was okay. I was told if I called ahead they would be able to make that request. They were so nice

I placed an order for 12 mini pies for thanksgiving, they were delicious! The staff was friendly and the store was very clean. Well while I was there, I dropped my ID and didn't notice. One of the lovely staff dropped if off in my mailbox! They went above and beyond, especially around a busy holiday. Truly appreciated.
