The pizzas tasted awful. There was little to no sauce and cheese and extra done on the crust. Some parts tasted like it wasn't even done all the way. We are very disappointed. Especially since these pizzas used to be $5.

On 06/22, I ordered food from this location, and when it didn't arrive, I called to investigate. I was told that the order was never sent out and was given the option of a refund or redelivery. I chose to have the order remade and delivered. Almost an hour later, I called the location again to ask for a new tracking number so I could monitor the status of my order. However, the same employee informed me that the food was not remade because the delivery driver, Pablo, had assured him that the order was already out for delivery. Despite this, my order never arrived. When I asked to speak with the manager, I explained the situation in great detail. The manager explained that the delivery driver had difficulty locating the apartment numbers and delivered the food to whichever apartment he thought was correct. I pointed out that I had not received any communication from the store or the delivery driver. After waiting nearly two hours for my order, which I had been led to believe would arrive, I informed the manager that I planned to contact corporate. When I asked for his name, he responded with 'Domino's' and terminated the call. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from someone in a management role and look forward to contacting corporate.

Ordered pizzas for a birthday party at TOCA for 4 pm (with 20% tip). When the pizza didn’t arrive on time, we called to inquire, and they said it’ll be 20 more minutes. 35 minutes later the pizza still didn’t arrive, my husband called and they told him it’ll be another 10-15 minutes. The party was coming to an end, the kids had not eaten yet, and he expressed his frustration with the service. The guy hung up on him, and 5 minutes later I got a notification in my email that my order was cancelled.
When I called to clarify what’s happened, and the person on the phone said “your husband was rude to me, and I cancelled the order”. And hung up. I’m glad we ordered a big cake.
Needless to say, I won’t be ordering pizza form this location ever again.

After having a very bad experience in the Clarksville, TN locations and the so called manager of Clarksville told me to never come back to a Domino’s again I decided to stop in at this location. The staff was friendly and actually mad the pizza the way I ordered it. Corporate really needs to do something about the pettiness of Clarksville TN.

Do not use the phone to order- automated(as most places are) can't get order right. Went personally to order and waited in vehicle for pizza to be ready. What's the point in having a phone??

Fine pizza if you don’t mind waiting forever and having the staff hang up on you when you call to check on the order status after you order carside delivery and they aren’t bringing it out. Customer service totally lacking. Then when you finally walk in to get it they are rude. Really?? Management needs an overhaul. Won’t go back

Honestly, this place is incredibly excellent. I live just about five minutes from here and they have become my go to spot for delivery or takeout. To be honest, I used to prefer a competitor but recently their pan pizza and the commitment they have to making things right anytime there is a small error Has definitely me. Thanks for being awesome!
