Fine pizza if you don’t mind waiting forever and having the staff hang up on you when you call to check on the order status after you order carside delivery and they aren’t bringing it out. Customer service totally lacking. Then when you finally walk in to get it they are rude. Really?? Management needs an overhaul. Won’t go back

Honestly, this place is incredibly excellent. I live just about five minutes from here and they have become my go to spot for delivery or takeout. To be honest, I used to prefer a competitor but recently their pan pizza and the commitment they have to making things right anytime there is a small error Has definitely me. Thanks for being awesome!

The dominos app was down so I called my order in and the store would not honor the online 2 for $7.99 deal. Offered me 20% off regular priced menu...... this is my 2nd horrible customer service experience with this store. I will only order Jets Pizza from now on!!!

Tried to order pizza for my son’s birthday party. Was put on hold multiple times. Phone call lasted over 17 minutes before I gave up on being able to order. No idea how the pizza would have tasted but the service was terrible.

Called in an order and over the phone the girl told me it’d be a 30 minute wait, when I got to the store they had me wait an additional 30 minutes on top of everything it took me a full hour just to get 2 large pizzas. Horrible service here

Was planning on getting Indian food from next door but saw this Dominos in the same strip mall and decided to just get a pizza to conserve time and money. Ordered my typical pan pizza and requested that they apply garlic butter on the crust as I have done in dozens of Dominos around the country without issue. The manager advises me that it is “not possible” because they “inventory” the garlic butter but advised that I can purchase some individual cups at additional cost. I silently laughed and immediately proceeded directly next door to the Indian restaurant and ordered korma and samosas! And no; I did not pick up the pizza nor did I pay for it. They call them “crew” pies when that happens with the employees getting a tasty snack—call it a fringe benefit—on the house. To the franchisee of this location I say only this: your abysmal ratings are well deserved based.
definitely one of worst pizza store ever exist. employees looks hate the place from the bottom of their heart. don't expect a smile face, they wanna leave as soon as them got chance. And do NOT, i mean do Not order in store. always use APP to order if you have to. they will teach what rip-offs mean.

I can't believe what they did!. I ordered delivery and they never showed. The app said delivered. I called the store and they said they had to wait until the driver got back to find out what happened. Then canceled my order without asking and would not take my calls... absolutely atrocious!!!

If you want to wait almost 2 hours and get sent 374683 texts that the driver is pulling up with nothing. Order here. Also a manager that is very fun to talk to and won't let you speak or ask questions. Go for it.
