Terrible wait time. They say they’re preparing it for 30-45 min at 10:30 pm. How does it take 30-45 min and 20-25 minutes for quality check before it’s out for delivery? It said est 15-30 min and it was over an hour at 10:30 pm!!! Insane.

Mobile said pizza delivered in 1 min -27 minutes is later it was delivered - cold. Tried calling store no one, except AI, ever answered. No options to make a complaint. Pizza is expense and does not taste that good. Now it is inconvenient to order - last pizza from here.

Service was good. Pizza was ok . Sandwich was very dry and hard . Wings were not cooked the skin was still rubbery. Had to cook more in my room . All in all not worth what I paid

I ordered a pizza to be delivered at 5pm. The online app Tracker said it would be here at 5:45. I called at 5:45 only to find out that they were waiting on a driver to come back to the store to deliver. The girl told me I was next in line for delivery.My pizza was done. At 6:20 still not pizza. I called again and this time she said it was out for delivery but not sure when it would be here. It finally got here at 6:29 but the quality was poor. I recommend you call and not use the app. As the app is not good with the time of delivery.

I ordered online around 11:25pm, get the notification that they started prepping it at 11:25pm, it’s in the oven by 11:33pm, awesome. Head in around 11:40pm because according to their tracker it’s done. Finally get noticed by an employee by 11:46pm even though he literally just helped the dude in front of me, just to find out, my order isn’t even done at all. All of 3 orders on their board, mine and 2 others. Which leaves me to ask, what’s the point of an order tracker at all. This is the last thing I wanted to deal with after working till 11pm. And then to offer a half assed sorry for your wait 🙄🙄🙄

The pizzas tasted awful. There was little to no sauce and cheese and extra done on the crust. Some parts tasted like it wasn't even done all the way. We are very disappointed. Especially since these pizzas used to be $5.
