Don Pepe's Mexican Grill

I love Don Pepe's in Franklin TN! The decor is amazing. The booths were roomy and super comfy. The staff was very attentive. The manager Elber stopped by our table and made sure all was well. The soft tortilla grilled fish tacos were absolutely mouthwatering. The fresh crispy lettuce and shredded cheese made them perfect. I left with a full belly and took a taco home. This place is a hidden gem and should not be overlooked. 10 stars for food, service and atmosphere.

C Tier Tacos. A little expensive at over 3 dollars a piece, but the steak tacos I received were absolutely loaded with lots of protein. The salsa was pretty good and the chips were nice and hot and fresh with a great crisp and snap. The roja and verde sauces were great and clearly made in house. The environment lacked music at the time of day I visited, so hearing everyone’s conversations was a little embarrassing. Definitely a a great place to visit if you enjoy the Tex-Mex take on Mexican food. I’ll rate this place a Try.

The Chips and queso were excellent. The restaurant looks nice inside. The wait staff was attentive. The prices were high. The portions were large. The food was God-Awful. Perhaps the worst Mexican food I’ve had in 30 years or more. We were in shock. I always clean my plate but left 80% and ran out of there. I should have talked to the manager, but these folks will not make it 6 more months unless someone learns to cook standard fare Mexican food . I am really sorry. I wanted to like them and have a new favorite around the corner, but will never go near that place. Sincerely…

Stopped here while traveling through town. Absolutely delicious. Worth a visit. Must have fresh guac!! Enrique and staff super pleasant!

The food was not good! The service was okay; my waitress was not fluent in English which made it difficult to request certain order adjustments. When we received our food, everything was wrong. Not worth the price!

Flew to Tennessee for the first time. No complaints. The daily 2-for-1 drink special was a nice surprise, and the food was good. Very clean and quick service. Staff were accommodating and generous without being asked. Would recommend.

First time here, will be back!! Food was amazing, I had a the chori pollo and my friend had the don pepe fajita. It was a lot of food and it was cooked perfectly. Servers were quick and super nice!

My wife and I came in for the first time this evening. We are newer to the area, but we will be coming back any time we get a hankering for Mexican food. The service was fantastic! Everybody was so wonderful, and it's obvious that everyone from management on down cares about your experience. The food was way better than our old go-to, and the quality of service beats most any restaurant out there. It may not be a drastically different menu than you're used to, but believe us when we say that everything was prepared with care. This is one of those places you won't regret visiting. We were immediately recognized as first-timers, but we hope to be recognized as regulars here pretty soon. 5/5 stars. Would bring anyone to this special little spot. Great drink options, and the carne asada was incredible! We hope that y'all will read this and consider giving them a shot. Truly awesome folks/food over there.

New to the area. We went in for an early dinner and had the place to ourselves. Honestly, this was some of the best we have ever had and will be our go-to spot from now on. Salsa, tacos, and service were all top tier.
