Worst experience ever on mobile ordering experience. It’s hard to imagine in the year of 2024, Dunkin’ Donuts can’t make their app functional the way that if they have anything out of stock it can’t be synced on their app. The customer can only drive there with only “oh we ran out of the item you ordered”. I recommend you get yourself out of the mobile ordering system. Last but not least, refund my order!!!!

Okay... service so far varies greatly depending on who's working.... SLOW SERVICE... no issues going through the drive thru, BUT SLOW SERVICE. Curious what time will bring at this new location. It's not very easy to get in and out of though.... Parking is tight and so is the drive thru due to developers trying to pack in as much as possible within a tight space...

The coffee at this location was awesome! Many other locations have been watering down their coffee, but not here. The service was top notch and friendly. Everything was in stock and the service was quick. We came in to Nashville for two days from Knoxville and I can assure you this location was MUCH better than the Knoxville area.

It’s a miracle if they have donuts. So far I’m 0/5 on them having munchkins no matter how early I arrive. Constantly out of things and coffee never tastes correct.

This location is consistently out of items or will give you something different than what you have ordered to the point where it feels like I’m being PUNK’d.

Sad ? this location has poor management. All new staff under 25, except for one amazing 30+ yr old lady whom tries to do everything with a smile and great customer service.
In 3 months this location has gone from a 10 to a 1. Location appearance as well Beware of what you order.
Franchise owner should pay attention. Management has admitted numbers matter not employees or anyone else.

I get iced coffee from Dunkin all over the place and the taste and quality has always been consistent, until here. The iced coffee was so strong and bitter I threw it away. It was a drive thru mobile order and I did not have time to go back. Otherwise, I would have returned it for a refund! I don’t know if it was old/stale coffee or they are not following the standard recipe to make the offer.

Every employee here cares about their job and they do it well. But upper management needs to step up and fix the air conditioning in their lobby. This store has always been decorated for the season and the staff has always been very professional. If I come in there again and it’s hot in that lobby I’ll take my business elsewhere. We as customers don’t want to deal with that and you as a company shouldn’t expect your employees to go through that. Do better Dunkin’.

I have been to this location twice; both times were a nightmare. The first time it took 30-minutes to get a cup of iced tea (only item in order); today, I ordered iced tea and a bagel with cream cheese on the side. The iced tea has a chemical taste, and my bagel order is wrong. Unfortunate, given its location, that this isn’t a good Dunkin!

Kendall exudes what customer service should look like. You can hear her smile through the drive through speaker. Amy was professional and treated me with a smile and she appreciated my giving kudos to Kendall. I will definitely be back

I’ve been going to this specific location for a good amount of time now. But recently I’ve been noticing that all of my drinks are majority milk. I thought at first maybe it was just a new person learning, in which I understood, but I went in today and not only was my drink almost 20 minutes late, I witnessed a worker try and just put caramel and milk in my drink instead of taking the time to make the actual coffee part of ghe drink. Very lazy in my opinion. Hoping next time will be better.

Service is terrible. They have 5+ employees working in the morning and the drive through line still takes 30 minutes or more to get through. They have completely run out of food before 8 am multiple times. Idk if they’re eating the whole supply before customers show up or if they suck at ordering enough products to stay stocked but it’s terrible.
