Cockroach found in the men’s bathroom, overall cleanliness not very good, trash cans over flowing. Manager acted like finding a cockroach in the bathroom was completely normal and said they have exterminators come out every so often when they start showing up. Disgusting you don’t wait for them to show up before calling an exterminator, it’s called prevention. If they are in the bathroom they are probably in the kitchen as well.

The staff is working at a slow pace, nearly to a point of inactivity. This is merely a reflection of the manager's leadership style and how he oversees store operations.
This is probably the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. They never put espresso in my drinks which is maddening. Fortunately they remake my coffee when I ask them to, but I should never have to ask them to, hence the reason for leaving a 1-star review. So annoying

Starbucks is across the street. Just go there. This dunkin is slaw. It's always something with this place. They didn't have glazed donuts when we went last. They didn't know how to make 2 drinks that I ordered and the 3rd drink was awful. Starbucks is more expensive, but at least they're prepared and the drinks are awesome. Dunkin management needs to step it up!
