I was planning to buy two coffees, but after all the pointless questions I only ended up with one. Honestly, this has been the worst location I’ve visited. The guy at the register completely ignored me just because I didn’t respond immediately. Terrible service, no respect for customers, and absolutely unacceptable. Cockroach found in the men’s bathroom, overall cleanliness not very good, trash cans over flowing. Manager acted like finding a cockroach in the bathroom was completely normal and said they have exterminators come out every so often when they start showing up. Disgusting you don’t wait for them to show up before calling an exterminator, it’s called prevention. If they are in the bathroom they are probably in the kitchen as well.

This is probably the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. They never put espresso in my drinks which is maddening. Fortunately they remake my coffee when I ask them to, but I should never have to ask them to, hence the reason for leaving a 1-star review. So annoying
