**The first few times I've been to this location were great. I went inside, everyone was nice. My order was spot on.**
Don't think about it, just go inside. The drive thru is not easier (but the staff is still very friendly!) Apparently, the drive thru is a black hole where everything gets lost or wrong. I always use mobile ordering, always get the same order. Once, there were ZERO flavor swirls and only very little milk in my macchiato (I double checked, they...

Okay... service so far varies greatly depending on who's working.... SLOW SERVICE... no issues going through the drive thru, BUT SLOW SERVICE. Curious what time will bring at this new location. It's not very easy to get in and out of though.... Parking is tight and so is the drive thru due to developers trying to pack in as much as possible within a tight space...

The coffee at this location was awesome! Many other locations have been watering down their coffee, but not here. The service was top notch and friendly. Everything was in stock and the service was quick. We came in to Nashville for two days from Knoxville and I can assure you this location was MUCH better than the Knoxville area.
