Very rude staff, slow. We’ve had multiple interactions where they refused to make food we ordered saying things like “the oven isn’t on” and trying to choose our donuts for us instead of letting us order. Just very odd and rude service!

Always terrible service took 40 minutes and they kept bringing me the wrong drink and finally i just took the random drink they handed me and then they gave me some random grey sandwhich when i ordered avacado toast. Always too high to function

Slow, no hustle and customers left without ordering on a rainy Friday morning. Once the staff increased in size, orders were taken more quickly, donuts in hand instantly but drinks took too long. Walked in at 6:52 am and didn’t leave until 7:16…crazy. This location is known to be lacking I’m speed and customer service but I wanted to try it again. That was my mistake. There were three customers in front of me and two waiting for orders. Eventually one of the three just left without bothering to order.Tried to do something special before school for my kiddo, but won’t be back unless there are big changes.

I frequent Dunkin everyday in Murfreesboro and order the same sandwich and drink. However this has been my third time experiencing poor food and service at this location. This sandwich is an example of their food quality. A sandwich like this should have never made it to a customer. Each experience coming here has gotten worse. Dunkin on Carothers is definitely the best in Franklin in comparison. Thanks but No Thanks.

I can’t even give a review of the food prepared here since every time I go to go in and get a drink they have a “drive through only” hand written sign. I’m a delivery driver, so just about every week day I’m in the area, I just want a good boost of coffee for energy and this is the 5th time with in the past couple of months I’ve gone to get myself something and it was “drive through only” my Amazon Prime van certainly does not fit under the overhangs so I walk away today again with nothing
