Hands down the best Dunkin I’ve been to in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful and the donuts tasted fresh.

Took 45min for 3 coffees and a sandwich. Hot coffee was ice cold , got a new one was not even filled to the top. Other coffee ordered with vanilla got with caramel. The worker didn’t understand anything and acted really dumb. Never that I will come to this Dunkin again. I will go to Starbucks that’s right across the street

Waited about 5 to 7 minutes for a egg and cheese wrap, only one in line. When received it was ice cold, egg cut in half and cheese not melted.

I went in there last week and was happily greeted by a very kind young man and happily introduced himself as Josh and helped me pick out the perfect donut and drink. excellent service!

I sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes before i decided to say “hello?” To which a girl replied “hello?” And then took my order. Told me to come to the window for my total. So i did. I proceeded to wait another 5 minutes for them to come to the window and say “what did you want again?” To which i told her again. She said “is that it?” And i said yes. She closes the window again. I’m sat for another 4-5 minutes before i just give up and drive away. I’ve been a manager at a coffee shop for 5 years and have NEVER let my employees take this long. Especially if there’s no one else in line and empty inside. Drive thrus are for people who are in a hurry. I drove across the street to Starbucks instead. I’m not one to complain like this but i was genuinely baffled by the whole interaction.

Terrible experience today at this Cool Springs location. Staff person already shut down the hot chocolate machine for the day and it was only 6pm. Store is open until 10pm. He tries to make the hot chocolate by mixing the chocolate with a cup of hot water, which is fine since that's what the machine does. Except...he had no idea how to do it and used only enough cocoa to color the water. After driving several miles away, tasted this horrible drink and had to dump the entire cup out. Nasty taste. This staff person needs training how to make hot cocoa if management is going to allow them to shut down the machine 4 hours before closing. Will never visit this location again. What a disappointing representation of an otherwise seller brand.

My girlfriend and I stopped by for a spontaneous late-night visit for some ice cream, and Kyle was so AWESOME. He was prompt and attentive, offered his recommendation (the Beach Day shake), gave us samples, and even went into detail about the flavor, starting with, 'So, what makes this ice cream so special is...'. As a professional salesman and marketer myself, I can tell that Kyle is an absolute natural. He was funny, knowledgable, quick-witted, and provided the best experience I've ever had at a Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin Robbins in my life. Oh, and he even upsold a donut at the end! I'm not sure what the next level at Baskin Robbins is, but Kyle is ready for it. Thanks dude.

Transparency

I was disappointed in the quality! The taste has changed over the years. Apparently, I haven't had them for years. I have been ordering Krispy Kream for the past year, and it's fantastic. There's no comparison between the two companies! I'm sorry! That's with all honesty!

Store was extremely dirty. Floors were dirty. Trash was overflowing. Ice cream had ice chunks in it which is never good. We will not be going back to this location. Health inspector needs to pay them a visit.
