we ate at the location near the Nashville Airport. very good food.

It's friday night six o'clock tried to do a call in order was put on hold for ten minutes called back was told.It would be thirty minutes before I could get my food and I needed it in twenty to twentyfive minutes originally on the ten minutes I was put on hold. But since I wasted ten minutes of my thirty minutes that they gave me, that would really be forty minutes.So I called someplace else.

You all need to make sure you have adequate food supplies on Friday night. Sold out of so many things tonight, including Turkey and brisket. When our order arrived. My bbq was fatty and grisly. I sent it back and asked for refund. No one came to follow up, ask if there was anything to replace the meal or anything. We actually waited for a manager to come see us at our request with no response. Finally, a nice young man named Kyle took the charge off our card. This is the second negative experience at this restaurant, so I’m not sure we will try it again.

Edley’s did an amazing job catering my daughter’s wedding. The service and the food was fabulous.

I’m a parent of one of the wrestlers from Station Camp High School. Our State Tournament was held at the Ag Center in Franklin, TN this past weekend. Your Berry Farms location in Franklin went ABOVE AND BEYOND for our team! They donated $250 to help feed our 10 competing wrestlers and our 4 coaches. They helped us move tables and set up for our 35ish party consisting of wrestlers, parents, coaches and siblings. They had our food out quickly, which was delicious! Every staff member was more than accommodating. We got there about an hour and a half before they closed and they allowed us to stick around a little after closing to spend time with each other, make TikTok’s and just relish in our wins a little bit longer before we parted ways and headed home. Our entire team couldn’t be more thankful to this location for their hospitality and friendliness! You guys have a true gems in those employees. They definitely deserve a lot of recognition!

Ate at the Berry farm location in Franklin, TN. Ordered the 2 meat combo, brisket and liNk, but the brisket was more than half fat with little to no smoke flavor. The link was good. My first time to eat at Edley’s BBQ but was not impressed.

I was extremely disappointed in how awful this meal was. The pulled pork was minced meat, the ribs were so fatty that they were inedible and half of my sliced brisket was fat, not fatty brisket, just fat. Also, we ordered the half chicken for our daughters and when it had to the returned for having Alabama white bbq sauce on it, the cooks were seen immediately in the back throwing a rag and acting very upset about the fix. For over $70 this was a joke. Just to clarify this was the Chattanooga location.
