We ordered breakfast from here. Delicious bagels, fresh, warm and super fast delivery to our hotel. We ordered 2 Turkey and cheddar sandwich, chorizo sunrise egg was amazing and the Applewood bacon ? was perfection. ? ? ?

Had the bacon chorizo burrito, was not impressed. I asked if I could substitute the protein, but apparently they’re already premade..? In my opinion it tasted like a the frozen ones you get at the store. For the $$ I could’ve gotten more for the value. Might go back and try their bagels. 3.4

New to the area. My first experience was ok. Drive thru service was quick since I was the only one in line, the turkey sausage sandwich was hot. Upon the second time coming through, I decided to use the mobile app to order and didn’t know I couldn’t select a time for pick up. I ordered my food before I left so it sat for at least an hour, one of these items being a smoothie. When I arrived, it obviously was watered down and more like juice than a smoothie. I asked if they could remake it and next time I know to order closer to pick up and they refused. Terrible customer service for a new customer.Coming back to edit that my bagel also had a hair in the cream cheese that isn’t pictured.

Love this place! It's only the second time I've been to an Einstein Bros., but I love their bagel sandwiches. The brisket sandwich was very yummy and the turkey was also good, just a little dry. I think I've found a new place to use for my doctor's offices

I had the pleasure of visiting this bagel place recently, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The customer service was top-notch; the staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making my experience enjoyable. The food was absolutely fantastic - the bagels were fresh and perfectly toasted, and the variety of toppings available was impressive. I also appreciated the clean and inviting environment, which made for a pleasant dining experience. This place has certainly set the bar high for bagel spots in the area. I'll definitely be returning for more of their delicious offerings.

Dining room closed because of staffing. No honey for the hot tea. I love Einstein's, and it's sad to see them in such a state.

I don't typically write reviews, but had to give this location 1 star. I'll spare you all the details, but to sum it up: Extremely rude manager (I assume), blonde lady with glasses. Just trying to go out and enjoy a nice bagel and have to encounter this horribly rude, negative, condescending, unpleasant woman. Why be in customer service if you clearly hate people? Won't be back to this location. There is another Einstein's about 10 minutes away and I'd recommend that one because the bagels are delicious and the people there are friendly. But watch out for this location here unless you want to encounter Cruella Deville and have your morning ruined. Especially if they happen to get your order wrong and you drive all the way around the drive thru and wait in line again and ask for it to be corrected. She'll make you pay by spewing her bad mood all over you and then getting it wrong again.

My wife and I were getting our vehicle serviced at the Tesla Dealer and decided to go to Einstein Bros. Bagels for breakfast. So we walked from the dealership, which is about .3 of a mile. Got to the door and they were closed due to no employees, but the drive thru was open. We walked up to the window to order and they would not take our order because we had to be in a car. We told them our car was in service therefore we didn't have a car, they responded by saying "its there company policy not to serve anyone that walks up to the window." That was going to be our first time going to that place, but probably was the last time.

Never open. Not sure if hours are inaccurate online but I’ve been around lunchtime on four separate occasions during the week when no one is there. There’s never been a sign to indicate why they are randomly closed, either. It’s good when it’s open, though!
