Best bagels around. We stop here everytime we are in town. And take a bag home for later.

Great alternative to the Starbucks next door. Much shorter line and food/drinks came out quickly. There was also ample seating. I recommend going here when choosing between the two.

Sadly. It’s been consistently awful. Overpriced. Greedy for tips. The food sucks. And the coffee, which was once good, now sucks too.

Awesome bagels. They are very soft and their bagel sandwiches are delicious. This the mable egg sandwich on a mable bagel. Soo good

Went through the drive thru to get an All nighter bagel sandwich and a Texas Brisket bagel sandwich. The espresso machine was down so couldn’t get a coffee… then they skimped us on the sandwiches… there was maybe a spoonful of brisket and 1 floppy slice of bacon on them… then the best part is they had the audacity to ask for a tip in the DRIVE THRU… see photos for reference on what the sandwich should look like and what it actually looked like. So disappointing…. 2 years ago when we went the sandwich was fat and actually looked like the pics… never going back

Great bagels, good coffee. The guy behind the cash register was nice employed fast service received my food. Less than five minutes. The restaurant could eat a little bit better cleaning and the tables were sticky and the chairs had crumbs on them. I didn’t realize the tariffs impacted bagels and coffee. I spent almost $14 on a bagel with cheese and a large coffee.

I have been here twice, both times ordered the half dozen gourmet bagels and shmear. It's got a set selection of bagels but both times I received a bag of randomly selected bagels that I didn't ask for. If I wanted a blueberry bagel, I will order that specifically. Other than 1 cheddar jalapeno bagel, rest 5 was randomly selected ones. It had neither spinach & Swiss nor 6 cheese. What's the point in ordering something if you are going to give us what you like. It looked like you were trying to get rid of lesser sold items. If it was just once, I can let it pass, which I did the first time. But if it happens twice in a row, then it's deliberate. I’m done with the Franklin location. Today my avocado toast was sloppily made. When we didn’t tip the girl at the window she shot us daggers with her eyes. To top it off my plain bagel tasted like cinnamon & garlic I assume from the toaster. This isnt an uncommon problem there. I’ve had a blueberry bagel that tasted like onion. Done forever with this place.

We ordered the country gravy bagel which was so good! Will order it again! We also had sausage bagel which was just as good. The cold brew vanilla was tasty! I'll be back for sure!

The lady at drive up was so nice & personable. Very nice & helpful, wish more places had a person as nice as her!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at this Einstein Bros. Bagels location left me genuinely frustrated. I ordered a Baker’s Dozen expecting to select the types of bagels I wanted. Instead, I was handed a box of randomly chosen bagels without being asked for my preferences.

When I politely told the staff member I wanted to pick my own, I was abruptly told that I should have informed the cashier at the time of ordering. That would’ve been understandable if there had been a sign or if the cashier had simply asked — neither happened. When I pointed this out, the staff member didn’t acknowledge the issue, offer a solution, or apologize. He just moved on to other orders and completely ignored me while I stood there waiting for several minutes.

Eventually, I said I was now walking away with $22 worth of bagels I didn’t even want. Only then did he flippantly say that if I wanted to wait longer, he might help me. At that point, the damage was done — not just to my order, but to my confidence in this location’s commitment to basic customer service.

This wasn’t a one-off mistake. It was a complete disregard for the customer — no ownership, no empathy, and no effort to make things right. I won’t be returning, and I’d suggest others think twice before spending their money here.

I probably come once every six months and my order is wrong every time. Every time I give them a shot I’m disappointed. Most recently I let the person at the window know that my bagel was not toasted and she handed it back to me and told me that it was. I drove away and bit into my cold bagel and realized I was right. Why is that so hard?

Been coming here since 2015. Love this place.
