I have to say today 5 members of my family had looked forward to eating here. We were met with the most rude hostess any of us have encountered. We promptly turned around and left and will never return.

We had an phenomenal experience tonight! We booked a reservation for our anniversary and every single team member we interacted with told us congratulations. The food was absolutely incredible and very generous portions. We loved the roasted cauliflower appetizer, Brussel sprouts side, and the Pavlova dessert. We will absolutely be back again!

Pork ribeye was less than average. Very disappointed.
Order a bourdon manhattan and the glass was less than half full with ice and charged $18.
Dinner was almost $200.
Will not be back.

The fact that this restaurant has anything less than a perfect rating is criminal. My wife and I have been here twice, and both times it has been the best dining experience of our lives. Anything you order will be absolutely delicious (last time we got the fillet and the scalops, both were perfection). Our waiters were friendly, personable, and attentive. This is our go to spot for a nice dinner or anything celebratory. We will be back, repeatedly.

Edit: Forgot to mention, my wife is dairy free. This is a from scratch kitchen, they easily accommodate it, and still bring out top notch food.

We celebrated my wife's birthday at one of our favorite places. We can always count on a wonderful dinner that leaves nothing to chance. Every course was unique and perfect. This is definitely one of the best restaurants in the Nashville area. The Franklin location is so much easier to get to an park compared to the great downtown location. The food is truly outstanding at both locations. The pork tenderloin is the best pork dish that I've had anywhere. So tender and delicious. The sides included with the pork were flavor bombs that just celebrated the dish. My wife had a salmon dish that she loved. The wine list provided us an easy choice of two good wines. Overall, the evening couldn't have been better.

I went to Etch for lunch after an appointment…I waited for a hostess to seat me for over 10 minutes…so I left…how rude…several servers saw me waiting and evidently didn’t tell anyone…I will never go back after being treated this way!!!

I have been here three times since January. It is so great to have a restaurant in Franklin that has creative dishes with balanced flavors created by an excellent chef. Just delicious. Whether it's catfish or a soup or anything on the menu, I love the combinations of flavors. I've had some really kind servers in my visits to Etch. Great restaurant.

Vegetarians can rest knowing there are good options at etch: Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, salads to die and delicious cocktails and mocktails. Will return!

We tried Etch for our anniversary and the food was wonderful. We tried the duck pastry app; Hubby got the scallops, I got the wild caught salmon and fried Brussels sprouts. The service was great, the espresso martinis were strong, and they gave us a card and dessert. We had a very nice anniversary!

Service and drinks were amazing but the menu is pretty limited and it feels a bit lost, as if they're trying to put every idea they have into the selection. Would come back for drinks at the bar but not a full meal.

Had lunch with my son, and the food was fabulous!! I had the Shrimp and Grits, such a creative dish and delicious. My son had the catfish, he said it was on of the best fish dishes he’s ever had. Service was great also.

This was our first visit to celebrate our anniversary, the entire staff was incredible wishing us a Happy Anniversary from the moment we walked inside the door. Dallas took amazing care of us, he was well versed in the menu offerings and was upbeat and personable throughout the entire meal. The food was phenomenal tasting, beautifully presented, and perfectly filling.

I ordered filet , the steak was cooked to perfection as well as the mashed potatoes, but the sauce that game with the snake was not reduced all I tasted was wine. The vegetables were very hard, I had broccoli on my plate and my wife had carrots they could have been cooked longer. The dessert was very small and peaches were rubbery.
