Went for Sunday brunch at 12:30pm after the church crowd. Busy but not slammed. Service was solid, drinks never ran out, he was professional, and we would sit in his section again. Food was spectacular! The Sunday brunch menu had great options. We started with sharing the coffee cake - orange and cranberry. I was nervous but it was excellent! No dried fruit, fresh, moist, and sweet. My sister in law loved the Smashed burgers with their in house made bread and butter, poblano pickles. My wife enjoyed the quiche of the day (she makes her own quiche’s on the regular) and it’s a high bar. I had the chimichurri steak and egg over salad and crispy potato salad. The crispy potato salad is worth the trip. I have yet to have a sub par meal here.

Had a great Brunch at Etch recently. The Service and food are always on point. We had the Soup of the day to start which was a White Miso and Golden Beet puree, it was so so good ( no picture). we followed the soup with a Truffle Grilled cheese and the Quiche of the day. Can't wait to do it again.

If you need some girl time to just giggle and laugh and take your time eating and shopping, Etch and the Factory at Franklin is that and more. For appetizers, we had their Bread and Butter, Pork Belly, and Seasonal favorite. For our entrees we ordered the Filet Mignon and Shrimp and Chorizo Pierogis (Dumplings). And for dessert, we ordered the Almond Pavlova. Everything from atmosphere to service with Gloria and overall food experience was exceptional and perfect. We enjoyed our time and also, took a little walk through the shops to digest. 10/10 Recommend!

Last night my wife and I were at the Factory and decided to stop in Etch for dinner. They seated us at a table not too far from the kitchen. We couldn't help to notice that there was a tall dark-haired chef speaking very loudly, almost shouting, using profanities towards the other cooks throughout our experience. It was hard to ignore as we were in ear-shot and could hear everything. I'm not sure what they tell their cooks as far as professional etiquette, but it was awkward and not a good look for the restaurant. However the food, as always, was very good. We will be back, hopefully when that cook is no longer working there.
Ps- the server was great too

Brought my wife to dinner her for her birthday. We do not live in Franklin, so we didn't know what to expect. We just found Etch online. To describe this restaurant in one word: Phenomenal! The atmosphere is perfect for a date night or special occasion. The staff was pleasant, professional, and friendly. The food was amazing! Honestly one of the best meals I have ever had. Etch is a place to return to time and time again.

I love the vibe of Etch - stylish, relaxed, and the kind of place you want to linger. The ambiance alone makes it worth the visit, but the happy hour is what really seals the deal.

Thoughtfully priced cocktails, solid food options, and a menu that doesn’t feel like an afterthought. Everything we tried was well-executed and satisfying, making it an easy go-to for after work, date night, or catching up with friends.

If you’re looking for a spot with a great atmosphere and a happy hour that actually delivers, this one hits.

✔️ Excellent vibe
✔️ Strong happy hour
✔️ Will absolutely return

This is BY FAR the best brunch in Franklin. The cauliflower & Brussel sprouts KNOCKED MY SOCKS OFF. My favorite entrée is the chimichurri steak!! I also Love the breakfast tacos & smoked salmon bowl. Presentation is 5 stars. The chef is clearly a MASTER of sauces. The cauliflower by itself? Pretty good. But then I swirled it in the sauce. FLAVOR EXPLOSION. I have never liked brussels sprouts, but my server insisted these were delicious. I gave them a whirl and I LOVED THEM. Whatever is in that white sauce is divine. I'm not a big drinker but I loved the pink cocktail. Don't remember the name. It Was DELICIOUS. The service was five stars! He was so attentive. I'll definitely be back. I'd love to try dinner at Etch!

Though a little pricey, we had a wonderful experience! The only things I didn't end up feeling was worth the price were the cocktails. Granted I know inflation blah blah blah but I'm just not a fan of spending $16 on a cocktail. The food was very good and, mostly, well balanced. The presentation was top-tier, as you can see. Overall 5 ⭐!
