i am a loyal customer, have been for years. so i’m quite disappointed to be writing this review. i hadn’t eaten all day. times are tough. everything is so expensive. i decide to treat myself and order through uber eats. it arrives. the bread is beyond soggy, i can’t even pick up the sandwich with my hands. i resolve to deconstruct it and consume with a fork.

I had an amazing experience thanks to Ayden at the register. He was friendly and patient and even recommended a sub I had never tried the jerk turkey which was sooo delicious I thought it would be spicy but not at all. Thank you Ayden for representing Firehouse subs so well!!!! You are the best

I love this place, but yesterday I went with my wife to eat, like 15 minutes before closing and the employees very friendly tell me, you can stay here all the time, waoo, amazing, very very nice guy and talk a lot with us, I feel like in my house, really, one of my best
