Store is clean and orderly. The staff was nice and attentive to the order and all customization requests. Sandwich was great. They got my to go order out quickly even without ordering

On the evening of November 6 my son and I made two mobile orders as usual. When we walked into this restaurant, the young lady was ready to take our order. However, she had an attitude when I requested military discount with my valid military ID card in hand. She told me to get a medium drink. When I asked for potato chips, she said it wasn't included. No fuss. However, I'm usually given a free drink and potato chips. I've eaten Firehouse Subs in several states...
