Server kept me cared for while not constantly checking in. Food is always great. Love the rotating seasonal menu. This restaurant is always clean and well kept. All staff are friendly and accommodating.

Great Lunch, good service.

Mediocre food, salad was served with no dressing. Super slow service. Everything typical of a chain restaurant. Won’t be back, as there are too many other great restaurants in the area.

slow unenthusiastic staff.

1 cup of coffee is over 3 dollars.
gravy is thin and they dont give you anywhere near enough.
bisquits are super dry.
bacon is cold and chewy.
scrambled eggs obviously came out of a carton. was supposed to be 2 eggs but you could eat them both in 1 bite.
potatoes were hard as a rock.
1 glass of coke was over 3 dollars and the cup was dirty. literally had food from someone elses mouth stuck to it.

bisquit and chicken gravy with eggs and potatoes. i added a side of bacon. coffee and coke zero. total was over 28 bucks before tip.

first and last time ive ever been there. mcdonalds is a way better choice.

The food was consistent with the brand standard. The restaurant was a mess though. We started to attribute it to a busy Saturday until we saw the person cleaning tables brush all the crumbs to the floor - two different tables. That explained the broken crayons, food, paper under the tables. If you have mobility issues, the floor is risky.

We came to this First Watch in the late morning/early afternoon. I walked in ahead of my husband in case there was a wait to be seated. For some reason this First Watch likes a lot of open tables and people waiting for no reason. I waited behind another couple that was paying, when they were done, I walked up to the host stand, about to ask if there was a wait, without being able to get a word out or say anything, the hostess (older woman, glasses, gray salt/pepper hair in a bun, and a black First Watch shirt) looked at me with utter disdain until I said hello first and greeted her!!! Then she made a point to say hello and put a fake smile on her face when she realized I wasn't happy with the tone in my voice. We are disgusted that First Watch has a person as rude and disrespectful working here!!!! Being treated with a look of disdain by this person, THE HOSTESS/MANAGER of all people, at an establishment we came to give OUR money to, especially in Franklin/Brentwood, is problematic. If she has a issues with customer service, treating people with respect, and holding back her personal opinions of people that she can't control with her facial expressions, then she shouldn't be working in a location dealing with people PERIOD!

Always a good experience at first watch! Good food and the servers at this particular location are so nice! I tried the coffee pictured below and didn’t really like it. I told the server I wasn’t a fan and they were very nice about taking it back. Would definitely come again!

It was a lovely fall day to dine on the patio! The food was prepared well and delicious. The service was a bit slow due to being short-staffed, but everyone was friendly and working to give a great experience!

Well... I probably should have stuck with something more common. I got the lemon pancakes with a side of what was supposed to be over-medium eggs and side of bacon. 1) Half of my bacon was undercooked, 2) eggs were over-easy instead of over medium. Requested redo of eggs and the bacon but still returned runny/undercooked, and 3) syrup wouldn't disperse from the pourer, that just added to the "give-up" moment. They still wanted to charge me for the eggs, although I still didn't get what I ordered - but that's the difference between mature waiters vs. our new generation. I say that's a training opportunity. Otherwise, the environment was nice, diverse, and initimate space. Staff were professional and nice. Love the farmhouse aesthetics. I liked that they have a common area (similar to seating at the bar) for overflow if all tables were full and you didn't want to wait awhile for seating. If I go back, I will, however, wait for seating and be more particular in how I order. TN over-medium is obviously not IL over-medium, lol.
