Stopped here for a gluten-free bite and was blown away! Service was lighthearted and swift, food was out of this world delicious, and most importantly it was safe for me to eat. Very fresh menu with great options for vegan/gf/vegetarian or just those looking to eat clean. I had no bad reactions and all menu items were very clearly marked. I will visit again!!

I don't know why it took me so long to go here considering how aesthetic the outside is. It's larger than I thought looking at the outside. You get in line to order and someone came up to us and gave us a table number so that when we finished ordering, we would have a table to sit at. Our food came out fairly fast. It was delicious. When we finished, they cleared our plates for us. I believe someone came during our meal and asked if we needed anything as well. This is a very well run restaurant, the employees are friendly and the food is great! I will definitely be back. I also thought it was great that all of their desserts were gluten-free, they have a calorie count on their menu items and it all seems to be fairly healthy.

Flower Child has been my go to restaurant for fast, healthy and delicious food. After the opening in Franklin, Tn I was lucky enough to win a gift card. This has enabled me to frequent the restaurant often and experience most of the menu.
While I do have some personal favorites, everything I’ve eaten has been delicious. Highly recommend for those who need gluten free or vegan options.
Secondary to the food but just as impressive is the staff. Every person I’ve encountered is both knowledgeable about the menu and sees service as a mission. Always a friendly smile and greeting.
If you haven’t been to Flower Child, it’s a great food option in the Cool Springs area next to Bricktops.

Nice ambience with lots of seating and plenty of parking. They have good Vegetarian and Vegan options, and the food tastes fresh and healthy with not too many spices. Portion sizes aren’t very big seems like this branch serves just enough for one person but the overall quality of the food is definitely good. A nice spot for a simple, healthy meal.

Flower Child is our go to place for lunch in Franklin. Food is always fresh and healthy and service is exceptional! I had the shrimp plate with butternut squash and brussel sprouts and my husband had the steak plate with broccoli and sweet potato fries. Everything was fresh and delicious and the sweet potato fries were the best we’ve ever had anywhere!
We want to commend NOAH because he checked on us several times after we sat down and apologized that the sweet potato fries that my husband ordered took a little longer to prepare. After we sat down I realized I forgot to order a drink (love their flavored iced teas) so I asked Noah if I can just give him cash or my credit card and and he can have the cashier ring it up but instead he brought us 2 complimentary drink cups! We also observed him working hard bringing people their food, clearing the tables and making sure people are satisfied with what they got. Such great work ethic isn’t so common these days. He is definitely an asset to this business! We will continue to come here for lunch whenever we’re in Franklin.

THANKFUL for such a healthy and delicious option in Franklin! My family and I frequented Flower Child when we lived in Atlanta. I found the one in Franklin to be even better. The inside is very clean and new with plenty of seating inside and outside. Extensive menu for lunch and dinner. I like that you can see into the kitchen. Every staff member we interacted with was super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the chicken enchiladas, the Caesar salad and a variety of sides, kale salad, sweet potato fries, brown rice, and mac and cheese. We also had the lemon olive oil cake, which was actually a muffin and not very good. Easy parking. Highly recommend.
