Disappointing. I like the food here, fries were cold, but for the most part the food is fine. Been here a couple times and there is just no one to work here. The service is horrible, period. The tables are always dirty, the floor is unswept. The servers are nice and they try, but it's too busy for just 2 servers. Set up to fail. I won't be back.

Stopped in and used Resy for a quick reservation. So glad we did, because it was busy when we got there. We were seated once a table was clear. Staff was welcoming and doing their best - they were understaffed but I think most patrons knew and they were doing the best. The service was great! Despite being busy Hailey (might have spelled your name incorrectly) & Ron (might have been a new manager) were fantastic and attentive. We started with the Ceviche (which comes from Sopapilla's kitchen) and was delicious and fresh! The tostada halves that came with it were soggy, like the oil they were in was not hot enough so we asked for some tortilla chips (which were good). Highly recommends ordering the ceviche. We shared the Avocado burger with side salad and order of Sweet Potato Fries. The patty was delicious and cooked perfectly (medium rare) and burger overall was great. They have the best sweet potato fries - hands down! Plus they provided regular ketchup & blueberry ketchup - both were good, but the bartender brought us this Hatch Chile Ranch for the fries and that was even better! Our little likes the kids grilled cheese which is a large portion and fries were good! Drinks were good too: good beer selection and martini was great! All in all a good experience! Have some patience with staff when you see they are understaffed. This team was doing their absolute best and food was great!

Spoiler; I'm a huge fan of burgers! If your looking for not your average run of the mill burgers this is the place.Got the Farm Burger, the mango chili glaze with the brie is a combination made in heaven, you add the onions and it's a done deal. With the addition of the arugala to balance the sweet and spice with a bit of bitter is just perfection, but the bacon seals the deal with the umami flavor.Got it with some sweet potato fires that were cooked perfectly. Also they feature a house blueberry ketchup that is phenomenal and a house ranch that deserves its own praise as well.I drive from Columbia 40 mins to eat here and it's worth it every time.

I went to the Franklin Burger Company one day in March during the afternoon and man o man what an interesting experience. I feel terribly sorry for the one young female server that basically took care the whole entire eatery (a be it it was dead and slow) in my visit. The vibe was of the place off but the burger was okay. My party ordered the tacos too and it wasn't warm and the fries wasn't warm either. This place is a great place to have cool temperatured food.It appears that this place shares staff from the Mexican restaurant next door and it seems like I know which restaurant gets preferential treatment and unfortunately my party, I was eating at red-headed stepchild of the two.I'm 99% certain that I won't be coming back to this place again.

Absolutely fantastic burger place. My wife and I love going here. Have had several of their burgers but the blueberry bacon one is by far the best! Also the blueberry ketchup is a must have!

We were there this evening anticipating a good dinner. When we walked in, we found nobody behind the bar, no one there to greet us, and one woman at the bar who said to the person she was talking to on the phone, “yeah someone just walked in.”We came at 7:30pm, so the place was open. There were dirty dishes on a number of tables inside but since we had a small dog we decided to eat outside. The one “clean” table was home to two half empty pitchers of tea and lemonade. No table was without dirty dishes. We waited outside at a table for about 15 minutes, but no one came to greet us. I ventured back inside to find someone. I checked the bar, both the bathrooms, but couldn’t find anyone. I yelled “hello?” through the door leading to the kitchen, but to no avail.I’d give this place zero stars if I could. I would have voiced my displeasure in person, but someone would have had to show up for me to do so. Hard pass.

Our first sign should've been that the place was empty on a Saturday night around 6:30pm. Only 2 tables in sight. We went for a casual date night and sat ourselves at the bar. We were the only ones at the bar top with no bartender in site for about 3-5min. She was nice but you could tell the irritability for her having a slow Saturday night. I get it. I was a server for 6 years. I ordered a simple Tito's & soda and my husband got the mule. The soda was flat and my drink was terrible. I (my own fault) didn't feel the bartender was approachable enough to tell her so we went on to just order food. The burgers were decent but the bun was bit too saucy/wet and my patty fell apart with every bite. My husband got the spicy Hawaiian and it was flavorless. The only saving grace was the delicious house made sauces and the sweet potato fries. Once we were done I watched the bartender chat it up with another waitress while ignoring another couple who sat themselves at the bar and us who were clearly done eating and ready to go. They had to wait over 5 minutes to be greeted and it took us about 10 minutes to get our check and leave. We left full but unsatisfied. Next time we will try the much busier looking Sopapillas next door.

Interesting selection of burgers. Well worth the visit.

This is our first time dining here. We sat our self, got her own menus, ask the bartender for water for a table and ordered our drinks from the bartender. I grabbed our silverware. We asked the bartender if we even had a waitress. She said we did. However, the bartender is the one that brought us our lunch. The food was fine, service was horrible! Go here if you want to be invisible!

burgers dry and tough. they must sear the burgers. both of ours were dry despite being cooked medium. Buns thicker than the burger which overwhelms the burger taste. fries average and small portions despite the pricey burgers. had high hopes after reading reviews but disappointing. maybe we picked a bad night.

Mediocre burgers, long waits and understaffed. I am so empathetic towards being understaffed that I waited very patiently for over an hour for our burgers. They were dry and underwhelming. The fries tasted leftover from lunch. Sadly we will never be back :(

Wouldn't advise getting a carry out. Food cold... service terrible. Not worth 15% gratuity Gave star cause waiter was friendly when she finally acknowledged me

I had much higher expectations. The food seemed unique but my burger came out cold. It didn’t seem super clean or well run. Oddly, the music they played dropped the F bomb many times, which I didn’t care for at all. Kept getting the smell of the bathroom where we sat. I was SO hoping this place would have been better. Would not recommend at all.

Grace was our server and she was amazing! Burgers were fantastic. Great evening out!

SportsBar atmosphere with large screen TV. Burger and chicken sandwich were good. I wasn't a fan of the regular fries, tasted like McDonald fries. The sweet potato fries were great and suggest going for those instead. Sauces were unique and really liked the spicy sauce. Would recommend using the City Saver Coupon to save $ on entree or Yelp check in to get an Okra appetizer. Overall ok, but not a wow factor.
