Pancakes were burnt black on one side and had absolutely no flavor. One piece of sausage about the size of a silver dollar. Even though you are shaken down up front for a tip, there is no service, as you walk up to a counter to order, haul your stuff to a table, fetch your own condiments, napkins, silverware, and refills. I ate both bites of my sausage, a couple of bites of the horrible pancakes and got out before I was asked to wash my own dishes. Oh, and the price was outrageous, $40 for two people to "eat" breakfast. Just go to Denny's. It will still suck, but it will only cost $8.

The breakfast was almost inedible. The pancakes were burnt and flavorless. Eggs were overly cooked and covered in seasoning. The sausage was very small. You must order at the counter and pick up your own table service but are expected to tip before any service.

When I say this is the best potatoe soup I've ever had in my life. It was so savory. The grilled cheese was so cheesy and crunchy. I felt like a kid at home after a long day of playing outside in the cold and came in to the perfect meal.made by mom.

I stopped in for an early lunch on a Saturday while traveling. I had a cup of white chicken chili and it was very good. They have breakfast/brunch/lunch options and the prices were reasonable. I ended up stopping back later for a hot tea a little later in the day and they were packed. Cute place, nice people.Parking: Street parking or find a free lot. Franklin is very walkable.

Cute store, ok service, worst blt I've ever had. The bacon was so overcooked and old it was like chewing beef jerky!

Don’t get to BLT, the bacon is burnt and they barely put any Condiments on it. I paid $18 for a half a sandwich, I didn’t order, and some soup. And I always send our clients there for lunch but will no longer do that.

Friendly service, and the food is delicious! We wanted a light lunch and found it here. I had a panini and my daughter had the Annabelle sandwich. The ice tea is perfect. Everything was fresh and tasty. I highly recommend this cute restaurant.

There was a line, but they are so organized that it went pretty quickly! We had lunch and ate outside. Everything was delicious! I had the vegetarian sandwich (one of the best I’ve ever had) and the rest in our group had the pecan chicken salad sandwich. The pasta salad was great too! Wish we lived closer so we could go more often!

This is a fun place to have a meal that is reasonably priced. Just off main street in a funky building.
