This was our first time visiting your restaurant. Food arrived hot, and mostly delicious. The ribs were very dry. Not dry as in rub; but dry as in moisture content. Just disappointed because everything we read was positive.

Went there yesterday with family. The food was really good! My aunt said it was her new favorite restaurant. The service was really good and attentive. Will be going back soon. The Cheddar Bacon Grits were delicious. My aunts both loved the green beans. I had the Chicken and Dressing Mash...Delicious! Really enjoyed everything.

Tried Franklin Soul for first time tonight. We were greeted and seated immediately. We had very good service by Davie. Helpful and attentive. The food was served quickly, delicious, and good portion size. We had the meatloaf as well as pot roast. Good, warm and delicious sides. We also enjoyed the bread pudding which was very good and a generous portion. The food here is fresh and sourced locally. They serve beer, but would also like to see wine added to menu. We will definitely be back.
Oh my gosh!!! The brisket was so flavorful, tender, and melted in my mouth. Not too smoky or too salty. I had several sides that were amazing as well. Their potato salad was perfect, creamy, flavorful, and just the right amount of seasoning. The coleslaw was to die for! Creamy and crunchy and bursting with flavor. The baked bbq beans were perfect. Just the right amount of sweet, spice, and smoke. The BEST was last. The BREAD pudding was the best I ever had (sorry Grandma). I live in Arkansas and would drive to Franklin, TN for their Bread Pudding. Wow!!! If you live within 50 miles of these guys, make the trip! So worth it.

Service was great. Very clean. Food was fantastic. Brisket sandwich fell apart and pulled chicken was just as good. A+++ Mac and cheese was alright but baked beans were the best. Will return soon.

Outstanding 👌💯 The BBQ and the sides were delicious! I can't put my finger on why exactly the food and flavor was different and better than your average bbq joint. Whatever their secret recipe is it's awesome! The staff dished out plenty of friendly southern hospitality as well. I highly recommend
