Miranda was a great server. We had a party of 8 and came to the Tavern before a concert so we had a relatively quick (1-hour) turnaround. She did a great job of taking our orders, drinks and making recommendations in time for us to be at the concert on time. The food was good. My wife and I shared a burger and a salmon burger. The salmon burger was great. The cheeseburger was not my favorite at all. The patty was maybe a 1/4 lb burger that was overcooked and not worth the $13.50 at all. The extra charge of $1.50 for lettuce, tomato, and onion is ridiculous since it's such a small burger. a 3" x 3" piece of iceberg lettuce, one small slice of tomato and a couple of thin onion slices are not what you upcharge for, they are expected. Aside from the burger, the food was good and I will be back to try other menu items. Fix the burger!

Great family spot with live music and a wonderful staff!

This is a small place, but the bar is long like you would expect in a tavern. Their selection in liquor is nice, however their selection of local beers on tap is sub par. One thing about living in Tennessee is the abundance of local beers we have. I think it is important for small businesses to offer those in order to help both grow and prosper. I didn't have any food as I had lunch next door. I won't mention that place, but I wouldn't recommend it either. If you want a chill vibe with breeze blowing in, this is a great place to check out.

Really good burger! Chicken on the kids menu would be nice.

I’ve eaten at The Tavern more than a dozen times and always impressed. If I can’t get an outside table overlooking the lake, I’m happy to eat inside with plenty of TV screens and live music. The food is always great, my favorite has become the Shrimp & Grits…yummy! They even carry a special beer that we requested…that’s local service at its best! Great food, fast service, amazing views…it’s the best!

My wife, daughter, grandson and I went to lunch and really enjoyed our lunch and beverages. I really enjoyed my cold pale ale beer and cheeseburger. Both were delicious and everyone enjoyed their meals. We will be back!

Our favorite bar and restaurant in Franklin Tn. Love the food. Love the live music on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. The staff is friendly and fast. A must visit. Weekly like we do, or as often as you can if you want to experience southern charm and hospitality.

First time, with friends who live in the neighborhood, and we had a great time. Good food, drink, and service. Thanks!

Great Food. Amazing server. Music was obnoxiously loud and I'm not a loud music snob. It Ruined the environment. Will definitely go back on a quieter night.

Terrible Burger. Meat was unseasoned, condiments tasted like they were ingredients needing literally any flavor profile, bacon was undercooked, and the bun was COLD! Tasted like they ran over to Kroger and grabbed some generic bun out of the cooler in the back.Their lobster roll and wings came out pretty good as well as the Parmesan fries. (Earned the extra star) But the burger was a disaster which should be a staple at any Tavern.

Clay was a great waiter and bartender. When we were seated outside the music was quite loud. Before we had to ask, Clay said he would turn the music down and he did. The Tavern burger was the perfect size and was cooked perfectly. Everything was very fresh. The crab cakes were very good. A little spice but not too much. We both had the red sangria which Clay made. I asked for not too sweet and my sister asked for a little sweet. He fixed then exactly the way we asked. We were visiting and if we go back we will go again. Please go try thee front street tavern, it will not disappoint.
