I didn't like how the customers were stirring the beef with the utensil in a bowl of chicken. They also did it with the shrimp. The restaurant needs to provide gloves or sanitizer at the start of the line.

Pretty disappointed on this one. Yes, we were with a larger group, but there was only 1 server on a Saturday night at 5pm. ???
What could have been an enjoyable hour meal (grab a bowl, fill it, sit and hang out) turned into a frustrating two hours of waiting and attitude.
Server: Ignored us for a bit, helped two other later families, then came to get drink orders, disappeared for 20 minutes. Spent time playing on his phone, a bit surly in demeanor, and even talked customers out of eating there because our group was there (as he gestured to us and they then promptly left). Witnessed others arrive, wait at the front, and then leave minutes later when no one came to seat them. He was back and forth, part of our group was ordered and eating before others ordered.
Food: Good, but in a couple instances (orders vs build your own), the ingredients weren't entire correct (missing items), and add that the amount in an order was less than would have been in a build your own. Prices were high, but they are everywhere- still a bit higher than expected.
Store: Dimly lit, reasonable temperature, but the men's bathroom has seen better days: soap dispenser half-dismantled, pools of water on the floor.
Our group has had a tradition of coming here once every six months (approximately); we're looking for somewhere else now.

The food was just ok, but the place didn't seem clean at all. I was one of the 1st people there that day. Table and floors were a little sticky. The bathroom was dirty. Floor had water everywhere and everything was dirty. Itblook as if no one had cleaned the restroom from the previous day.

The food was good, but it could have used a few more minutes of cooking. The waitress was good, but the guy who sat us took nearly 10 minutes to push 2 tables together, and they weren't very busy.

I placed a to-go order tonight, opting for a build-your-own bowl, mac and cheese, spicy edamame, and General Tso’s chicken. The edamame and build-your-own bowl were excellent—fresh and flavorful. However, the General Tso’s chicken was disappointing, as it was noticeably burnt. I would have been more understanding if the restaurant was busy, but with only four guests in the building, it was hard to overlook this oversight. While parts of the meal were enjoyable, the quality control on the chicken left something to be desired.
