The Glass Sparrow’s Nest is a divine comfort with elegance without the pomp & circumstance- very relaxing and they bring mini courses with perfect attentive timing.
We are frequent visitors and bring guests to share in the delightful high tea. We cannot say enough about this venue. The handmade tasty specialties are mouthwatering. Never disappoints. Fun to anticipate the next seasonal menu.
I tell everyone it is the best hidden gem!

Awesome high tea experience. Huge selection of teas. Lovely ambiance. The soup and sandwiches were delicious. The deserts were super yummy. Can’t recommend it enough.

This place is located inside of Painted Tree Boutiques. You have to call and make reservations for tea time. Just Leave a message if no answer and they will get back with you to book your reservation. Everything was absolutely delicious. Host was nice. The place is beautiful and felt elegant. We had a great time. We will be visiting again.

Had a wonderful tea here today. The savories, sandwiches and sweets were all very tasty. Nice decor and super sweet owner. A pleasant change of pace. Highly recommend.

We were so excited to try this tea room. Google has it listed as a tea room where you could have tea and have baked goods. However this only applies if you make reservations for high tea. Otherwise you must spend $15 to sit in the Cafe. There were about 3 options for lunch. The worker we encountered did not seem as though she could be bothered by talking to us. Just not a great vibe.

This tea service was great from A-Z. The attention to detail was obvious and seamless. Tea selection was good, everything came out when it should, we didn’t have to ask for anything. The food was fresh and had a variety of textures and seasonal flavors. I’m so grateful this is available to me locally.

I recently hosted my future daughter-in-law, her mom, and her grandma at the charming Sparrow’s Nest Tea Room, and we were absolutely enchanted by the experience! From the beautifully decorated space to the delightful tea selection, every detail was perfect. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel right at home. We enjoyed it so much that we’ve decided to make this a yearly tradition!

We tried to make an appointment for our daughter’s birthday party. No one answered the phone so we texted them. The person we spoke to was very pushy and unfriendly borderline rude. When I told them how we felt about the way we were treated they said “oh well”. Would highly not recommend for poor customer service.

Hidden gem of a tea service in Franklin. Highly recommend. Excellent service and variety of options on the tea service. We really enjoyed a mother daughter day out with Tea at the Glass Sparrow.

What a lovely tea room! We enjoyed high tea for a friend's birthday. Each of us got to choose our own tea service from a long menu of options - herbal teas, fruit teas, black teas. We had British finger sandwiches, pastries, sweets, quiches, and other bites. Very good and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Highly recommend!

Unique selection of sandwiches & soups. I had a pimento cheese sandwich that was great! I really enjoyed visiting this cute little tea room.
