Worst Poke bowl I’ve ever had. The rice was partially uncooked with a very small amount of tuna. The tuna had like Russian dressing on it. Lastly, tipping choices are 20%, 25% and 30%.

My friend and I had been trying to get to Gray's for months, and today's visit was great. Our reservation was for eleven. We were seated right away. The server was knowledgeable and took our orders. We received our drinks and food in a timely manner.
I had the shrimp and grits. The dish had good flavor, shrimp were cooked perfectly. My meal wasn't as hot, temperature wise, as I would have liked. My friend had the quesabirria tacos. She enjoyed them. Her food was hot. Overall, great meal and restaurant

Terrible service. Felt pushed out the door before we had finished our dinner. Won’t be returning.

Loved it. Great all around. Nice staff. I highly recommend it— especially sitting at the upstairs bar.

The cornbread is not great

So disappointed from start to finish. No staff seemed interested that we were there, our reserved table was moved without notifying us, only a partial menu was available, and our waiter seemed to wish we weren’t there.

I can't say enough great things about this place! Really cool atmosphere. The rustic vibe and the Southern food made for an amazing time. We sat on the second floor near the stage and were treated to a great performance by Dylan J. (Singer/guitar player)
The food was delicious. We asked the bartender to make us a refreshing drink and it was just okay but my friend had an old fashioned that was soooo good. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely go back. The service was on the slower side but we enjoyed that they weren't rushing us because we were enjoying the music. The carrot cake and the banana pudding were the stars of the night!! I'm craving that banana pudding right now!

Seated upstairs for lunch. It was freezing cold! Ordered pork belly. Large portion, but it was barely lukewarm and very rubbery (could not cut through it with a regular table knife). Truffle mac-n-cheese was not hot (other than the area touching the skillet). Cornbread and pimento balls were good. Server was VERY kind and understanding, and removed the pork belly from our bill.

First time in Franklin and went for lunch.Ordered the Cuban sandwich and it was fantastic, best I ever had(even better than Miami Beach) Also had the cheesy grits and loved them. Highly recommended.

I had high hopes for Grey’s on Main since it came highly recommended, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to the hype. The food was average at best—not bad, just nothing memorable. The atmosphere, which some might call “quaint,” honestly creeped me out. The peeling ceiling paint hovering over my meal made me wonder if I should be worried about what was falling into my food. I was expecting an upscale experience, but instead it felt more rundown than refined.

The service was horrible and I could hardly see the menu. I left early because I did not get served for 30 minutes and more if I stayed.
