Came here with my wife and 2 daughters, I pay more for the wagyu, one daughter goes pioneer, the other a PO boy. My wife goes hot chicken sandwich fried. The server brings over two burgers and says who had the two pioneers to which I say I ordered a wagyu... He says they look the same and so I take it ....fine.... We finish eating and still don't get the rest of the food.... 15 m later we get a Nashville hot chicken that's grilled instead of fried and all the fries we undercooked.... Not a good experience at all...

Too $$, asked for no onion or tomato, got both. Asked for jalapeno, didn't get. Was not worth 45.00 dollars, maybe 5 for both! Won't be back!

The guy running the cash register did not change his gloves and he was touching everyone’s food. The trash was overflowing and there were flys around it. This restaurant needs training on basic health and food borne illness prevention.

Just got home with the burgers and fries I order to go from the Ground. Wow, what a yummy burger, and fries!
Service was fast, and the guy who took my order (I neglected to ask his name, shame on me) was as personable as could be. Looks like they do a fair amount of business as well, because take out orders were flying outta there, and they had dinners eating as well.

Usually very good. Bad service today. I thankfully have an hour lunch break but they took a ridiculous amount of time to take orders and cook today. Took them 30 minutes for my order. Main reason for my review is I saw the lady cooking the food drop someone’s chicken patty on the floor and she still cooked it.

Burger, was so dry, I did not ask for well done. It was beyond well. Fries where at least hot. I get better burgers from way cheaper places. Cost isn't the issue if quality is there.
Pioneer burgers top five all time! They even give you a little dipping sauce for the sweet potato fries YUMMMMMM

I’ve been a fan of Ground for years. I have a collection of their cups. The burgers are good. The atmosphere is nice and is very chill and laid back. The service is great when it comes to getting your food made and bringing to the pick up area for you. The drink selection is good. They give plenty of fries with your burger. They have a drawing board for the kids to put artwork up there. This is one of my favorite go to spots when I’m craving a juicy burger. The price is not too high and you get plenty of bang for your buck. The only draw back is there’s not a lot of parking spots but it’s worth it. The staff is really friendly and easygoing when it comes to getting the customers orders in and done on time.

A decent reasonable priced spot for a quick and unique meal. Easy parking in front of the restaurant, and one orders at the counter and is served in the ample attractive dining area. I had a stuffed baked potato and, as a visitor to Tennessee and waiting unique local fare, fried pickles. The food quality is decent, and the offering are many.

Great casual place to relax with great burgers, or other American favorites. Excellent fries. They also serve beer. Staff is very friendly. Only warning, Saturdays can be crowded since they have a $1 kids special (with adult). Definitely a favorite of ours.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly; $1 Saturday special ***, and crayons/paper for the kids.
