An unreal experience in terrible service. Saturday night 7 pm at a packed hotel. First clue should have been NO ONE in the restaurant. Then we sat and they only brought out half the food. Then waited another 20 minutes at least for wings and a burger and fries. No sense of urgency. No caring. Absolutely horrific experience.

Got the vegetable pizza and man was it delicious! I’m not sure what other pizza places are in cool springs but this place makes great pizza.

The continental breakfast did look amazing but I went ahead and went with a skillet and was not disappointed. Everything was very flavorful I would definitely come

Tried to eat dinner here at 5:30PM on a Thursday night. Waited 5 minutes at the hostess station before anyone came to seat us. No one else in the whole restaurant. Hostess gave us menus and brought waters, then we saw no one else for 5-10 minutes. We finally left without ordering anything. Very weird experience.

The food is good, and the service is even better. Bala is very personable, welcoming, and has provided excellent service.
Also, happy hour prices are great

I don’t normally post reviews about restaurants in Hotels but damn! the food was so good! It’s a small, hand-crafted menu and the portion sizes are perfect. Consider a nice cocktail and a few appetizers with friends in the very stylish lounge. Would come back just for the food.

Fig and caramelized onion flat bread pizza. Super yummy. The bartender was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She created a special mixed drink for my friend on the spot that was delicious. Nice atmosphere in the bar area with comfy seating. I live in the area and will go back to just hang out.
Really great menu and quality of food for a hotel restaurant.

Had the breakfast buffet today- limited, but quality selection with the exception of the baked goods. Scrambled ( real) eggs, veggie frittata, excellent smoky bacon, local sausage, excellent grits, roasted potatoes, oatmeal, fruit, selection of breads, etc. to toast, yogurts. The baked goods ( croissant, cinnamon roll, pecan roll) were all not worth eating. One bite, and they went in the trash. Good coffee , and you could grab a cup to go. Only other complaint is that no One is watching the door, and the signage is subtle - the children who rode down in the elevator with us ( hockey tournament staying at the hotel) - just grabbed plates of food and left - I guess they thought the buffet was the same as at a Hampton Inn ( where were the parents?) By the way, the cost for the buffet was sixteen dollars.
When the Chef is on, the food is excellent. So unique and tasty.
Both breakfast and dinner.
Winter weather had us stay an extra night so not many places open. We decided to keep it simple and we are glad we did. The food is good and the service was fast with just a bar attendant doing it all. Pork Rinds and Pominto Cheese are a nice twist to an appetizer.
