The pistachio crème cappuccino was the best coffee have ever had! We had the pistachio croissant & pumpkin bread were to die for! Such a lovely atmosphere and staff so friendly

Coffee is great, but I sometimes have to skip the place on my way to work due to parking problems. Wich is sad cause I would rather stop and get coffee. Nothing, they can do about parking though.

I love this place! The vibe is great and the staff is friendly. Hank's Vanilla Latte is so so good, highly recommend trying this place if you're in the area!

The staff was super nice and helpful however the quality of food left much to be desired. Paying $12 for a piece of toast with cheese on top was pretty steep. The pistachio latte was good but it seemed silly the only milk choice was whole milk (no skim or 2% even available) or to pay $1.50 for a milk alternative

Hank’s is my daily go to for coffee. Everything about it is charming, and the service is top notch. My coffee “go to” is definitely the Cowboy latte’. If you are ever in Franklin, be sure to stop by because it’s 100% worth it.
