I was supposed to get a plain ketchup only burger how hard is that and they gave me a completely different one It had mustard and mayo and lettuce it even had onions and I am allergic to onions. I never want it again.

Unfortunately I had to pull up in the drive thru and wait 30 minutes for my food after ordering. I know staffing is tough but this was excessive. Food was good

Poorly managed Hardee’s. Staff could care less about doing a good job or acting like they care or want to be there. Order was wrong. Cleaning is clearly not on their to do list. Floors all over the restaurant were so sticky. Save your time and get something else to eat.
