Our experience here at the Franklin location was absolutely amazing. The food and atmosphere was great, but the service was even better! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, Bria waited on us, she was the sweetest! Definitely will be returning.

We’ve been to Hattie B’s multiple times at this location and always have a great experience. Bria, though? AMAZING. A couple of months ago we ordered chicken to make a Nashville Hot Chicken pizza at home and she went above and beyond in helping us! Telling us exactly what to do and how to do it. The pizza, much like the chicken here, turned out incredible. We love this place and Bria’s wonderful personality only makes it better.

It's a Hattie Bs. They are always good for tasty chicken and sides. Definitely a bit on the pricey side. $60 on 3 chicken tender meals is a bit pricey in my opinion but it was good. Watch out for the spice as it can get pretty spicy you go much past mild.

I bought crinkle fries that's, it got in the car & they were cold :( some of them were old dry the ones sittingthere for a whileit was around 4:30pm! Im tired of paying for food & its not fresh!

Pretty tasty, great service.

Ordered a little too spicy chicken for my liking but, couldn't stop eating it because of how juicy it was. A staff member noticed me suffering and offered to switch mine out for less spicy chicken. Great experience great staff definitely would eat there again if I were in Franklin.

Service here is always top notch. Manager made it a point to say hello on a busy Tuesday evening. Bria is incredible as well and went out of her way to help get the kids everything they needed.

So far, I have been to this location (The Factory in Franklin) twice. Both times I have had the half chicken. Both times it was perfect. The sides (baked beans, mac-n-cheese, and grits with bacon) were exceptional. But what made the visits all the better was the staff interaction. They are happy to serve, quick, efficient, and very professional. We can't wait to make our way back here again.
