Excellent food! Great quantity and a reasonable price. We got the hottest tenders, and they were maybe a smidgen past as hot as I could take, which is how the hottest one should be. Great for a try.
The fries were crispy, the mac and cheese creamy, the potato salad well seasoned, the grits cheesy. The chicken biscuit was so fluffy and the waffles almost reminded me of a funnel cake.

First time visit. We tried the chicken tenders (medium) meal with potato salad and the grits. The tenders were so flippin juicy! Every single bite. Medium gave them a slight kick but not terribly spicy. The potato salad was good, but the winner was the grits! Yummy! The staff was friendly, and I will definitely be back when I am in town.

I live in the area but had a friend visiting from out of town. We had to get the hot chicken staple into his visit, so we explored the factory and landed at Hattie B's. The line was long and the sun was hot, but I assured my friend the food would be worth it. We got to the counter to order and were debating on whether or not it was a day for a brunch Bloody Mary. Kendra, the cashier, took matters into her own hands. She started telling us all about every beer on tap, poured samples for us, and genuinely made us laugh and smile. Southern hospitality at its finest. We placed our orders and ended up sitting right at the bar next to her register. She went above and beyond in every way - adding coozies to our order to thank us, proving a sample of the next heat levels when we ordered a little too cautiously, and made us feel SO welcome and cared for. Thank you, Kendra!!

We always love to stop and get Nashville Hot Chicken at Hattie B’s when in Franklin. This location is super-hip and has the least wait of all the Hattie B’s locations.

I had a group of 30 meeting in Franklin. Contacted Hattie B's directly for a catering order. The team helped put together our order and delivered it along with everything we needed (including ice, plates, etc.) for our catering order. They even responded promptly to update our order to add a couple of additional items during our event. I couldn't be happier with the level of service and quality of food we received. Consider Hattie B's for catering your next event!

We had a fantastic experience celebrating two birthdays last night. The food is always great, but the staff was above and beyond amazing, so friendly, so helpful, so attentive, upbeat, caring, proactive. They made our party that much better! We love Hattie, B’s, and this location is really raising the bar!

Very tasty chicken sandwich! I’m not a huge fan of spicy things, so I got the southern, fried, no bones chicken sandwich with the pimento mac n cheese. Both were so good! Ohhh and the boozy icee was great too.
