I have never eaten at a IHOP and this place is phenomenal. I am very hard to please with my food but I have to say these folks won me and my family over. Also the biggest plus is I have never been proven wrong that I could not finish my meal but today I was proven wrong. Our waiter was genuinely caring and patient as we took extra time to look over the menu being as we’ve never been to a ihop The food was very fresh and hot.

They were very short staffed the morning we went because there was plenty of open tables, but still a full lobby of people waiting to be seated when we walked in the door. The waitress was pleasant and did her job well. The cooks in the kitchen on the other hand were not doing their job well at all.My waffle was cold when it was brought out, and my bacon was barely done even though I ordered it crispy. I asked the waitress to have them cook it longer since I ordered it crispy....
