Placed an order for 32 wings and assorted flavors. My wings were undercook (some raw) and lack the different flavor sauces chosen. I am very displeased and disappointed with the price I paid for convenience and the quality of this meal for my family and myself.

Good food but the service is horrible. They were very rude to me about my DoorDash order tonight, they ran out of bone in wings, which honestly doesn’t make sense, literally called it’s just wings. I spent 70$ and have been waiting for a very long time almost 2 hours, not because of DoorDash, but because of the wing place. I asked to speak to a manger to see if they could compensate me, maybe give some extra wings since I’ve been waiting 2 hours and spent a decent amount of money with them… and also because bone in wings cost more, and they told me there was nothing they could do.. the first girl had such an attitude, the manager just seemed like he didn’t care and it wasn’t his problem. All I’m saying is if they need new management I’m available. That’s not how you treat customers who spend money.

Confusing experience, placed an order online for pickup. I had the correct address and pulled into Chili’s, not knowing that this was a part of Chili’s. Looked at the Google business listing, which said it was located in Cool Springs Galleria. Proceeded to drive to the mall and go inside, only to find it wasn’t in the mall. Called the store to discover it’s inside Chili’s, so I drove back to Chili’s. Food was fine, but seems that the fact it’s located inside a Chili’s should be listed somewhere.

Way overrated, slow service, mediocre chicken. The store was dirty and not well kept. 2 member of the staff was great, the rest were just there for a paycheck it seemed like.

Should’ve read the reviews before ordering.. we found out after the order was placed that it was at chilis which neither of us like. We decided to give it a shot hoping we would get a good batch but noooope. The chicken does indeed taste boiled and heated up, it’s very chewy and spongy which is gross. The garlic parm sauce was gross, my boyfriends Santa Fe sauce was better but the chicken texture was so bad he could only eat a few of them. 10/10 do NOT recommend

Don't really understand this whole concept of ordering chicken wings from a random app then picking up at a Chili's. Seems weird.. Chili's should just add wings to their regular menu.. If they were actually any good. Barely above edible. Chicken tasted boiled then slapped with sauce. Fries were cold and soggy. Ranch dressing was the only good thing about this experience. Read your reviews.. And go ahead and go out of business or change your business model.

This was my first time trying them out and the experience was questionable…I wanted to modify my order Howe we there’s not an option online and they don’t take orders or modify via phone. Sooo not sure what to do with that.Waited 10 extra mins after it said my order was ready via a text. I proceeded to call to ask about my order as I waited outside in the designated parking area. Food order was correct but my fries were barely warm and wings were soggy from being drenched in sauce. I was on lunch break so didn’t get to enjoy my food due to their lack of timing.Didn’t receive napkins or wet wipes for messy wings….Hmmmm not sure if I would try them out again.

I watch employees with no gloves fixing people good that's not the proper way to deal with people good. I'm visiting from out of town I will never eat here again
