Izzy's is great. They have awesome burgers and the best fries. Super friendly service too. We love it here.

This was my party’s plan B option for lunch but so glad we ended up here! The service was outstanding and the food was delicious. I ordered the chicken wrap with a house side salad and it tasted great. The cilantro dressing was so flavorful. Our waiter brought complimentary fudge to the table for dessert. All in all a great restaurant experience! Will definitely be back next time I’m in the area!

This place was fabulous! We love the local owned restaurants!! It was our first time visiting with excellent food, customer service, and atmosphere. You can not go wrong here. Try the lobster fries. They are the bomb!

I feel like it had potential to be amazing, however the southwestern salad was lacking in flavor. The inside of the chicken was like rubber and the outside was overcooked. The rest of the salad just didn't bring much help. The spinach and artichoke dip was good. The staff members were very kind.

Great local dinner spot. Tacos are good (shrimp and steak). I had the hot chicken Cobb salad. Lots of goodness. Then we walked around downtown. Small town Saturday night at its finest.

Restaurant was not jam-packed with tables. It was a fun vibe and the food was great! Service was excellent. Very fun and friendly.

I had such high hopes for Izzy's. I had heard great things about it and had viewed the menu from time to time. My wife and I finally went went over the weekend. The service was okay. We rarely saw our server, but she did come right when we needed something or a refill.I had the hot chicken sandwich, and my wife had the tuna salad. The tuna was delicious and the Asian slaw was quite tasty. My sandwich with truffle fries was okay. The chicken was nice and tender, but the hot chicken sauce was lacking something with the flavor and ultimately took away from the other sauces like the avocado smear and the aioli. The fries were overdone or not fresh and didn't have any truffle flavor. We finished with the skillet cookie which somehow was dry and almost concrete to cut. The ice cream was good, but altogether it was just missing that messy soft gooyness you want with a skillet cookie. We sat outside which was okay till the gnats came out.All in all I wasn't very impressed but would maybe try it again.

Stopped in on a Friday night for dinner. The restaurant was clean with quick service and great live music. The spinach and artichoke appetizer was excellent as was our burger. We would recommend and will be returning.

Would not go back. The atmosphere is nice and decorated well. The service really needs to be addressed. Rude response when asked questions about the menu, chatting with other servers instead of checking on tables, and did not come back to give us the check. Also, playing with her hair a large amount of the time and not washing her hands after is gross. The food could also use some work. The wings were overdone and rubbery, the street corn is steamed corn with seasonings and less than fresh cotija cheese, and the fries were served cold (we went first thing for lunch, so not sure how that is posible). The burger was fine, but basic and the caramelized onions were rubbery and inedible. The spinach and artichoke sandwich was the only redeeming quality as far as food goes. For the prices, the food and service should be better.

Last night, three of us went to Izzy's for our monthly meet up. The short version: The food was delicious, albeit slow to arrive. Our server was excellent, though she may have had too many tables. When we arrived, there was live music inside and it was beautiful outside; therefore, I chose to sit outside. They pipe the music outside I guess, but it is at least not too loud. Unfortunately, the roundish picnic table we were seated at had a broken seat. One would think they would want to fix that quickly, but we were only a party of three and therefore able to work around it.When I arrived, Dominique greeted me and I ordered an old fashioned. She was on top of it and asked if I wanted a water as well (of course, friends, drink responsibly and hydrate!). I also ordered the spinach dip appetizer with tortilla chips only. One of my companions arrived and so did my drink and our appetizer. My old fashioned was decent. It wasn't amazing, but I also didn't specify what Spirit to use, so the well is decent. The spinach dip was really good and arrived in a reasonable time.Though my companion ordered a drink, we waited until our third friend arrived before ordering our dinner.Unfortunately, I believe we must have ordered our dinners at the wrong time because they really did take a very long time to arrive. They were definitely not sitting in a window or anything, as everything was piping hot. I wasn't timing it because we were having a lot of fun catching up, but I believe it took about 30+ minutes to get tacos, lobster fries, a side salad, fries, and salmon. There was a large table outside with us, so I assume the delay may have been caused by this group, but I can't be sure since I believe they ate before us.I ordered lobster fries, and they were absolutely delicious. They were too large, so they fit the price of $27... But I definitely would order them and share them with someone next time. I did share with my dining companions and we all agreed that they were absolutely delicious. My dining companions both enjoyed their food as well. The knockdown in food stars here really just comes from the time we had to wait between ordering and receiving our meals. The location is nice, and there is plenty of parking to be had. I was lucky enough to get a parking spot right next to the building.I'm sure inside is great, but I really have no comments about that because I went straight outside and never used to the restroom. Location star knockdown really just for that broken seat on our table...All in all, It was a good experience despite the slow pace, so I would not remove it from your list. And if you go, take someone who will share those lobster fries with you.

Came here with friends on a Sunday after church. Nice atmosphere with friendly service and live music. The food was delicious! We ordered curried cauliflower to start, the ahi tuna salad, kids pasta, the breakfast burger, and grilled chicken Caesar salads. Everything came out in a timely manner and was perfect!

For $19, they need to make their own salad dressings. And tiny little container of dressing out of a bottle at that; completely insufficient. I take a bigger issue with the fact that I walked into a nearly empty restaurant, ordered a to go, sat for nearly 15 minutes watching this little pod of girls chatter. Finally a more seasoned waitress who was actually working noticed my to go order was sitting ready to be picked up and offered it to me. All this after I paid a take out tip. Much work to be done here.

We just moved to downtown Franklin and were hoping to find a good “hang out” spot to frequent. Izzy’s is the place! The food is tasty, portions are HUGE, and the fries are crispy. There was live music, UT football on the TV, and super nice and attentive servers. And it’s refreshing to find an establishment that welcomes all with no judgement.
