Had a luncheon there with 13 ladies. Very attentive service and accommodating for that large of a party. Food was plentiful and reasonably priced. Dinner type atmosphere... Breakfast & lunch. Skillet breakfasts are delicious as are the salads.

This is a nice looking restaurant that’s fun to be in and study all the artwork. They have some beautiful pine tree alongside the building that are nice to look at. The service is good but the food is average in taste and temperature compared to the prices they charge. When you add in drinks it starts to get a little steep but it is a nice restaurant.

My wife and I ate breakfast here 03/09/24. The food quality was not bad at all and it was delivered promptly and fresh. In our opinion the food was very bland but cooked well. We both had Omelets and some coffee. It was also very loud in this location and even sitting next to each other we felt like we had to yell at each other just to be heard. However when it came time to pay we paid in cash. Scandalous, I know for 2024 but the method of payment should not matter. When we received our copy of the check we were missing our coin change. I understand it is change however when we asked about this our server stated "We don't really do the change thing."I understand some might view this as splitting hairs, but there was no signage to indicate that exact change was required anywhere in the restaurant. The server did offer to go to their own car to get us our change, but that is not a servers responsibility.Overall we would not come to this location again due to flavor, noise, and correct change intentionally not given.

Stopped in for breakfast this morning. This is my first time here in a very long time. We were greeted immediately and seated promptly. Our server, Emma, was fantastic! She was friendly and attentive. Super job! The three of us had coffee. Two of us thought it tasted bad enough that we couldn't drink it.My wife noticed they offered a drink with espresso. She asked if they could make her an Americano, two shots of espresso and hot water. She was told that since it wasn't on the menu, they couldn't make it. I spent many years working in restaurants. I would never refuse to make something if I had the ability and time to do so. Times have changed, I suppose.I ordered the Bubba plate with grits. The biscuits here are fantastic. The sausage gravy was bland, almost flavorless. I had to add lots of salt and pepper to it. The grits were almost soup they were so thin. They had been sitting for a while as a skin had formed on them when served. Our server offered to replace them. I decided against that.My wife had the breakfast hash skillet with egg whites. She thoroughly enjoyed her breakfast. Our third had the South Beach and enjoyed it as well. The restaurant is clean, bright, and inviting. I would recommend this restaurant but skip the grits and sausage gravy.

Passing through and stopped here for brunch. I got the oatmeal and husband got a club sandwich with black bean soup. Both meals were satisfying. Took a Waldorf salad to go, which I NEVER see on a menu. Oh my, it was so good. We’ll be back through and that Waldorf is all I’ll need. Thank you for a delicious experience.

Diner-style dishes served in a modest setting. We arrived for lunch around 12:30 on a Saturday. There were several tables with customers but it wasn't crowded and we were seated immediately. I ordered J's Classic Club, which is a standard club sandwich with a fried egg added, and it was quite good. It came with lightly seasoned fries which were nice and crisp. My daughter liked her kid's waffle, and my son very much enjoyed his grilled cheese and fries. My wife ordered the Turkey Dijon BLT which she also liked. Most of the menu seems to be pretty standard diner fare, which is not a criticism at all — in fact, it's exactly what I was looking for when I decided to stop in and give this place a try. We ate lunch (aside from my daughter's waffle), but they also serve the full breakfast menu from opening until they close, which, by the way, is at 2 pm every day. I'd definitely like to come back for a low key breakfast experience.Kid-friendliness: They have a kid's menu and high chairs available
