I have never had such a beautiful experience in a restaurant in my life. The customer service was so sweet and welcoming it made me giddy. The workers recommended the Orange Dream Machine, which tastes like an orange cremesicle, and took such amazing care with making and pouring I was genuinely impressed. They took great care of my order and I!! When I tried the smoothie, it was like a whole new world opened to me. Where I live, there isn't a Jamba, but I am here in town visiting, and I would glady do everything possible to advocate for a Jamba in every state!

Literally went in today 3 young ladies working there nobody greets you when you walked in . Order 2 acai bowl that was so runny , water down , barely any fruits . Yuck . Ladies that work there dont care about anything just there to kill time & get pay

Ariel didn’t greet me upon entering nor did she ask me if I needed anything or take my order..as if I was a ghost. The young lady washed her hands and came from the back of the store to greet me and take my order. This was my first time visiting while traveling and I had no clue on what was great. I choose the Aloha pineapple smoothie and it was great though ❤️ My advice is to always greet your customers and ask “how can I help you “
