Great place and the ice cream is always on point!
Rude staff. There are plenty of options around here. We'll not be back anytime soon.
Half scoops still seems like less. The ice cream is really good especially the gooey butter cake
Located within the McEwen Northside district, Jenni’s Splendid Ice Creams is a freestanding building endcapping the central area of a small shopping, dining, and park area. During peak hours, expect a decent line. They have two banks of the same flavors and serve by the half scoop so you can try multiple flavors. They also provide free samples on actual mini spoons rather than disposable spoons so you try before making your final selections. Flavors rotate and also change seasonally. However they don’t always have vanilla and we had to buy our little one a pint which they give you in a sealable insulated bag. The sprinkles don’t have an artificial coloring which I appreciate. Read their napkins to see the pride they take in making their ice creams. They have free water and a good amount of outdoor seating.

I paid $25 for 2 pints of prepacked ice cream. I can get them cheaper off of Door Dash. I should have a whole gallon of ice cream for those $25. Not to mention, the cookies and cream had 0 flavor. The birthday cake ice cream was great. I can't imagine taking a family off 4 there for $100. It's ridiculous. I guess you're paying for the brand!
Parking: There's a few spaces if you're lucky enough to get one. The surroundings' business establishments preoccupied those same spots. There's not really a designated parking spot.

Jenni’s is continues to be the yummiest ice cream experience for me. Love their new location in the Cool Springs Franklin area. Very understaffed for the crowd when I went by although waiting in line is fine when the weather is beautiful. Lemon bar, Brambleberry crisp and almond butter brickle— perfection!

The ice cream is always really good from Jeni’s. We tried this new location and it was really nice outside. The scoops aren’t as big as other locations (3 scoops looked like 2) and the waffle cones were super crumbly but the ice cream itself was yummy.

Tasty ice cream but so overpriced. Over $6 for 2 small scoops. Unfortunately we won’t be back. There are so many options just as delicious for much less.
