I went last night for the first time! It was absolutely delicious and service was superb! Ritchie took great care of us! We got to sample several. Thats always fun! He recommended two flavors I can't think of but they were so good! It was like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich! Just ask Ritchie he can tell ya!

Jeni’s is consistently delicious regardless of location, but this one has a really cool vibe since it’s in the middle of a walkable area with outside seating and lots of restaurants, shops, and bars. We walked around a little bit but it was around 25 degrees so we didn’t stay too long. My son had the buttercream birthday cake ice cream and I had the brown butter almond brittle and they were both great.
New favorite ice cream shop! Best waffle cones ever!
We visited Franklin from Kansas & had never had Jeni’s before! It was delicious!!! There’s so many good flavors! The worker was so nice & encouraged us to try lots of samples before deciding. He even got me a little tray and two separate bowls since the flavors I chose, watermelon & cookie dough, didn’t quite go together. Would absolutely recommend, so good! Some of the best ice cream we’ve ever had!
Staff is absolutely amazing and very helpful. The ice cream is the best we have ever had and will definitely be going back and highly recommend.
Too sweet for my taste! I loooove ice cream but I couldn’t get through one scoop because how sweet it was!
I had the lemon ice cream and I am telling you this was the best ice cream I’ve ever tasted.
They truly have the best ice cream in town! My go-to flavor is Brambleberry Crisp, but on my last visit I treated myself to two scoops one of Brambleberry and one of Caramel Apple. Both were fantastic and definitely did not disappoint. The only downside is the wait, but honestly, the long line just shows how good their ice cream really is.
The ice cream here? Absolute fire. The service? More like smoke from a dumpster fire. Hygiene is a fun little guessing game—one server literally trotted in from outside and went straight to scooping like handwashing is just a government conspiracy. Gloves? Please. This is raw-dogging ice cream at its finest.
The staff is usually too busy starring in their own reality show, Keeping Up with the Coworkers, to notice customers. As for portion sizes—ordering a scoop is like spinning a roulette wheel. Will you get a mountain of ice cream or a sad spoonful? Place your bets.
Overall: delicious ice cream, but the service has the same energy as a broken shopping cart wheel—technically functional, but why though?
Tasty but SUPER slow. Workers not in a hurry.

Jeni’s Ice Cream was good, but honestly nothing special. The flavors were fine, but I didn’t feel like it lived up to the hype. Worth trying once, but not a must-have for me.
Crowded with California transplants
I LOVE JENIS!!! This specific location has awesome staff that’s patient as I ask for different samples, telling me info on each one! They aren’t stingy with the ice cream, which I appreciate!
The little seating area os right in front of the shop, which sets the tone for a late ice cream run
Nice place with various flavours with egg and eggless options. There are seasonal flavours as well. Currently there is one flavour called Popcorn and its great !
Central location with lots of outdoor seating. Friendly staff. Free tasting. Great ice cream!
