Came to the store today at 1:45 (they open at 12) on a cool and rainy day for wife’s birthday ice cream. Doors were locked and employees just stared. No sign, nothing saying they weren’t open, no attempt to say anything from the staff. Called and spoke to a young lady who said they opened late and had explained what happens. A little taken back by her response of “sorry, there is nothing we could have done for you!” They could have at least come to the door and said sorry, opening late or out a sign out. I guess I am sorry too and I’ll take my ice cream business to Culver’s.

Jeni's is the best ice cream I've ever had, truly. Is it cheaper to find their pints on sale at Publix, Kroger, or Target? Sure. BUT sometimes it's just a fun treat to go sample a bunch of the seasonal flavors and get a waffle cone or mix of flavors. Their staff members are typically super kind and informative. This location is cute, clean, and bright. Close to the interstate too, if you're commuting and just need a sweet treat at the end of a long day! I love that there is a fun outdoor area next to this shop if you want to enjoy nice weather as well.

My wife and I strolled over after dinner at Neighbors. We've been to Jenni's before at a different location. We each ordered a scoop of ice cream. I got mine in a bowl, and my wife got hers in a cone bowl. The ice cream itself was great but for $16 you'd expect more than a half a scoop of ice cream in each bowl. Not sure if it was the server or the new norm, but will not return to this location.
Kids and husband came after another enjoyable dessert run after dinner. Husband got the pineapple upside down cake ice cream which he recommends. My daughter and son shared wild berry lavender, buckeye frenzy, and also the pineapple ice cream. It made them super happy. No line when we came on Saturday around 6 pm, but then a whole bunch of people came after. Bathrooms are clean! I highly recommend this location we come to when we are in Brentwood.

Very convenient location for this Jeni's. It's not very large, but there is a few indoor seating chairs and also a very large outdoor seating area right out front. It is a common area with some of the other businesses, but plenty of room to walk around and eat your ice cream. Large, and free, parking garage just a short walk away, so you won't have any issues with parking. The ice cream is great, and even though I can't vouch for all of the flavors being amazing, they do have some really good ones.Parking: Free parking garage just behind the main adjacent building. There are 32 varieties of Ice creams here where you can get in Cone/Cup.Each one is a different flavour.My favs are Darkest Chocolate, Brumbleberry Crisp, Wild berry Lavender.
