Eureka! I had a great experience at Jeni’s today. My cone with Double Dough and Goat Cheese & Red Cherries was golden. Thanks for the ice cream! One more thing, your app is awesome! I love it!

Delicious ice cream with some non traditional touches that we loved. The 2 young men working today at 11 am really made the experience better with the interaction, they truly made it a positive exchange we're appreciated. They need a raise. These buttered waffle cones are better than average as well 🤤

The flavors were good for both our ice creams but we both ordered 2 scoops each and they gave us the smallest scoops. At other locations, they give you more and I even heard a couple of people commenting on their ice creams as we headed out as well. For the price we paid, it wasn’t worth it on this trip.

I got my favorite flavor from when I was a kid butter brittle ice cream. I’m from New England and that ice cream measured up to what I had at Gray’s ice cream in Little Compton, Rhode Island. I can’t wait to get it again on my birthday, which is tomorrow!

Tried Jeni’s ice cream for the first time and absolutely LOVED it! They have some unique flavors that you can’t find at your typical baskin Robbins type of ice cream shop. Definitely more high end too based on the atmosphere and prices. Almost $7 for two “half scoops” of ice cream.

It’s still a nice treat if you’re there to grab lunch or dinner with family or friends. But if you want to indulge a little more I suggest just grabbing a pint of your favorite flavor from Target. They carry the Jeni’s brand pints in their frozen food section and you get much more bang for your buck!

Delicious ice cream though! I highly recommend the butter cake or birthday cake flavors!

Morgan helped me and he was so kind, patient, knowledgeable and excited about serving me!! I enjoyed sampling several flavors before deciding on the pistachio one, of course! I loved this place. Smelled & tasted so great and the service was amazing <3

Delicious ice cream and fantastic service! Located in The Factory.

Best ice cream. This location is in a very nice shopping area. It is always busy, dont be surprised if u see a big line but it will go fairly fast. One thing staff has to do is to clean the tables when they have a few minutes between the customers. Tables r always dirty, every time we r there. The parking is also very convenient.
