Last time trying to eat here. I used to frequent this location and it’s BAD. The employees are great. The problem is management and it’s coming down from the owners. They’ve gotten so stingy with the portions of meat or cheese (on a veggie sandwich) it doesn’t taste right. I used to order the Philly cheesesteak and it got so bad that I now only order the veggie. Well the veggie is terrible now too! I had to take off the onions and bell pepper so I could taste the tiny bit of cheese they put on a cheese sandwich. Last time trying this location. Do better new owners, it’s not just your sandwiches your making miserable this days…

I asked the guy working if my online order was ready, And he said that the girl working with them was still finishing it. Brown guy w a beard was asking sarcastic questions for 10 minutes, and the whole time my order was already finished in the counter. Used to think Jersey Mike’s was a higher quality, but this really brought it down a few notches.

Yeah, it’s “just a jersey mikes”: nah, this location is an absolute masterclass in the value of doing simple things the absolute best that they can be done. Well done team. I don’t know where they find these people and how they train and manage the team, but these guys crush it.

The young male working the slicer was rude for absolutely no reason. I don’t look for trouble, or have the personality of one to complain. Not a welcoming experience at all.

We were driving through and specifically searched out Jersey Mike's because they have gluten free options. As soon as we entered the employee was completely overwhelmed and we were told cold subs only because they were too busy from online orders. We are literally standing in the lobby and told they were too busy basically. There were only 2 employees there and the female yelled at the guy that she was done and taking a break leaving us and other customers standing. Why would there be only 2 employees working on a Friday night at 7pm? They place was disgusting....we left without service. Just drive the 3 miles to another location!

Highly disappointed!!
I called and asked if cheese goes on the tuna because that's what I wanted. I was told, YES!!!
He asked me my name and I told him, that I was doing delivery through Door dash. I was going to have a long work day and I wanted something good for lunch. I continued and place my order.I didn't get what I ordered through the app at all. The provolone cheese and chop peppers were missing. Very disappointed.

I stood at the counter waiting to order, while ALL THREE of the kids working behind the counter gabbed with each other. I thought surely when they notice me they’ll take my order, but nope. I was the only customer at the counter. It was like they couldn’t care less. As I looked for a table, noticed they were all dirty. Ordered the turkey & provolone Mike’s way and it had zero flavor. Won’t be back

The best subs in Franklin but......I've had mixed experiences there . One day I was having my sub dressed and I notices the lettuce was fresh on one side of the container and turning dark and slimy on the other side. The girl was serving young people in front of me and was giving them the fresh lettuce and as I am an older man put the rotting lettuce on my sub . I refused to take it and when she was just going to take the rotting lettuce off with frustration I called the manager over. She apologized and made me a new sub . I don't like feeling that I deserve a bad meal because I'm an older person so I really watch them when I go there .

Over all very poor experience had several workers in the back chatting it up while the line continued to pile up. The one person who was up front had ear buds in while working the line. Very dirty and messy.

The worst customer service ever. Ordered online came to the store 20 minutes later and it was not ready. Went to two other businesses and came back an hour after the order was placed AND STILL NOT READY. Asked why my order is still not ready to be argued, "well we're short staffed AND we've had large orders AND have been really busy blah blah blah" If you can't take and fulfill orders in a timely fashion, don't take any more orders. Clearly they shafted the small online orders in favor of the 2 or 3 large orders. They e decided that my twice weekly order is of 2 subs is not as important to them. Asked for a refund and all of a sudden the 2 sandwiches are "nearly complete, do you still want a refund?" I took the refund. This owner and general manager should be embarrassed.

Extremely rude and judgmental for absolutely no reason. Gave me and my brother dirty looks after we politely told our order. Turned around and shook his head as if were a burden to him.
