I messed up my address on Door Dash, I called and spoke with McKenna I think her name was. She was incredibly nice and sent my order out again to the correct address!! She was super understanding and took the time to correct the address. I am super appreciative of her & her kindness!

I hadn't had Jimmy John's in a while, so we went ahead and grabbed a turkey Tom and a pickle for dinner. The bread was French style. They have really good bread. The pickle was good, too. Oversized. It did not take long to get the food. It was ready right when we got there. The staff are very nice and attentive. There were no issues with parking either, but on a busy day, I've seen this lot full. The price is just under $10 per person so, not too bad. I haven't had any issues with this location. I see myself coming back quite often. I'd recommend that you do too.

Attitude and incompetence. Tried to order on the app and it doesn't work. I nicely informed the girl behind the counter that the app would take one order but not two. She looked at me like she could give a crap less and said, so do you want to order anything or not? I politely said no thank you. Nice attitude.

Julio was so friendly from the time I opened the door until I got my food. He was filled with so much joy! More places needs a Julio!! I will be back to spend more money at this establishment.

Besides the amazing food, the gal that works most nights is the reason I come back! She is quick and friendly and makes you feel taken care of even if she is by herself in the restaurant.

The last 3 delivery orders have been wrong- either multiple ingredients missing or random ones added. We’ve been ordering from here for a long time but for some reason they can’t get it right anymore. Very disappointed.

PLEASE put some shades on the windows. Tried to sit at the table across from the drink machine and could not even set my hands down. Easily 100 or more degrees on that black counter top baking in the TN sun.Other than that solid restaurant. Great service just tight on space

Honestly, I order from these guys because they are convenient. However, most of the time something is always wrong. For example, today my drink was wrong, there was no mayo on my sand-which and they sent the wrong chips. The food is good if it's right.

Always fresh. Food is always good. Service today was not good. Workers are polite, courteous and hard working. Perhaps there is a need for more workers at lunch time. I placed an online order at 12:13. I got my food at 1:10. That is not as soon as possible.

Delivery takes forever. When you call they say they have one driver or they got busy. Why offer “freaky fast” delivery if you can’t live up to it.

Delivery takes FOREVER from this location. I live a mile and a half from the store and delivery ALWAYS takes between 1-2 hours! When you call and ask about it, the response is always "we only have one driver and they got in an accident." I believed it the first time.. but I highly doubt that's the case for every order. Absolutely ridiculous.
