I asked for my turkey to be heated up because I am pregnant and wanted to have a sandwich. He stated there was no possible way for them to do this. So no microwave or no oven? Nothing? How does the bacon they serve get cooked then? It just seemed like really shitty service and zero effort to accommodate my request. Other sandwich shops can do this no problem. Disappointing.

Been coming here for years. They always do a good job. I usually get the veggie on wheat with everything (yes, literally all the freebies. All. Of. Them) and you have to repeat it several times to convince them to do it but it’s delicious. Apparently they get nervous about it because some people say “everything” and then get mad when the staff actually follows instructions and does it. Not me. I love it.
Two things for other customers: 1) If you order “all the freebies”, you only have yourself to blame if you don’t like it. 2) Stop ruining it for the rest of us who genuinely like a taste nukes of freebies on our veggie platform, you pablum-slurping Philistines.
Jimmy Johns rules.
Parking: Always have an easy spot to park thanks to their fast service.
I moved to CA from WA and there are no Jimmy Johns. So while I was visiting family in TN I got to go to a Jimmy John's! Ordered my #12, service was fast, took it home and there was no avocado spread!! Only mayonnaise. I was so disappointed! My first Jimmy John's in two years and no avocado. ? That's why only a three star review on my food.

Whoever manages the shift Sunday afternoons should recheck their team. 7 young people making sandwiches at a pace unlike any I have never seen. Slow beyond belief. At one point, I thought they were all moving in slow motion on purpose. It's like they were practicing tai chi with sandwiches. On our way in, a lady on her way out just said to us...nothing freaky fast about that place. Now we know what she was talking about. I mean, holy cow, I couldn't even get mad. I just had to laugh because it looked so completely intentional. And they still got our order wrong.

Walked in and the place smelled really bad. Trash everywhere. Multiple workers with long hair not wearing hair nets. Sat down with my sister on her birthday while she was ordering her sandwhich I sat down with food from a different establishment, was then told by a worker that I need to leave that they have a no outside food or drink policy which is not posted if true. Will not be returning to this establishment.

Ordered a veggie and it was missing guacamole and mayo. Ordered a tuna and it barely had any tuna on it and tasted weird and now about 6 hours later my stomach is sick. Can't prove it was the sandwich but very suspicious. Also wondering if it has to do with the fact I don't tip at counter service places like this. Will not be back

The sandwich I ordered tonight said it came with Dijon. It didn't say it came with mayonnaise. It's a waste of $11.00. They don't ask u a damned thing, but they want a tip for every swipe of your card.
