Really dismayed by my second experience here. Went to celebrate a friend’s
birthday with 8 other ladies and was shocked by the service and behavior of the Host and staff.
When we arrived the host nicely seated us. But the server never showed. I went to the Host to ask. Her response was rude, “Your server will see you, she’s somewhere around.”
Mid the evening one of the wine bottles went empty. I informed one of the staff who curtly told me, “We need to clear the hallway for safety hazard reasons”. Say what?
Following that, our sever appeared to either be on massive sedatives or a bong of weed because she couldn’t even properly talk without slurring her words.
The biggest plus of the evening was excellent food and wine. But the staff, the service and the experience was HORRIBLE!!!

The bar pretends to be high-level, judging by the prices, however, in practice it turns out that they give chlorinated water, paper napkins, as well as forks only on request, and they have no toothpicks at all (( but the toilet room is decorated with boxes with Louis Vuitton brand

We’ve been 3 times, and 3 times the service was non existent. They were very rude to us this last time. Do yourself a favor, if you want good wine or a craft cocktail with excellent service, walk next door to Culaccino’s or go down to Gray’s. We spend a lot of money when we are out, and we want quality service as part of our experience.

We love JJs wine bar!!! Especially the owner, Lisa! She helped us get in with a large party of 10 on a weekend last minute. She gave us the back room all to ourselves! The guys played with cards and us girls just chatted and had wine. This was my first time here (even though I’ve lived in Franklin my whole life!) and definitely want to make it a regular spot!! The manager that night was awesome too and our server was super helpful and bubbly. Perfect night!

If you want an over priced dixie sized cup of wine, come here. And for a wine bar, your wine should be served in the appropriate glass for the wine, not a tiny chablis glass. Wine tasted old and the manager was rearranging our chairs while we were sitting at our table, very strange. We were not impressed and will not return here.

JJs is the go to place for a Wine experience. The ambience is only matched by the quality of their Wine and food offerings and above all the excellent staff. Professionally operated yet friendly and personable management. I love it!
This is what put me off from coming back, while yes they rectified the situation by giving us a discount this is a big no in resteraunt business. I said no nuts on the board I have a nut allergy, they came back with. Nuts on the board touching most of the food I wanted to try. I'm not a sever case of allergies but I will end up in hospital if I have anything nut product. The waiter said sorry I forgot I wrote it down. No one needs to be fired, but please remember what customers request. Kerry

It's one of the best places to go in downtown Franklin! Vintage yet dressed to impress. I say that because the house is original, but decor is to adore. The service and experience was fun and easy-going. We also enjoyed the live music from Isaac!

Great atmosphere with a nice menu and wine selection! Stacey, our waitress was attentive and gave great recommendations on the wine and charcuterie board was delicious and included a wide variety of meats and cheeses! Our first time here, we really enjoyed our relaxing experience in a perfect wine tasting atmosphere! Congratulations to the owners and the staff for providing us with a delightful evening experience in beautiful Franklin!!! We will return on our next visit! Highly recommended to all that enjoy good wine and food in a pleasant relaxing environment! 5-out-of-5 Rating! Good luck to you Stacey!

What a special and unique spot! Wine bar in a historic home. When our group of 8 went it was a packed night and service was a little slow but we very much enjoyed our beverages and bites. Also! This place probably has the best restroom I’ve ever been to.
