Great food and great service!!
Today was a turning point for me at this establishment, as I encountered numerous issues and was disappointed by the management's inadequate customer service training.
I was so excited to try Jonathan’s but can’t say I had a good experience at all. Went with 2 folks in my party from Sweden and 3 of us are local from Jackson. We originally were going to sit at the bar area and asked if we could move 2 tables together and was told yes. We go sit down and then someone else comes over and said “it’s rush hour and you can’t put tables together”…even though we asked first.
