I went to Johnathan’s (Murfreesboro) for the first time the other day with my 2yr old and one of my best friends. Our waitress Aliyah was so sweet and probly one of the best waitresses I’ve had in a long time. The food was great too! I will be back and request her table if she’s available.

Food, service, & atmosphere are a good. Unfortunately they add a convenience fee if you use a credit card which they don’t disclose up front. I see as dishonest.

There are plenty of options for different tastes. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The crowd was cheering for the football teams with TVs for everyone to see no matter where you were sitting.

Wow! Happy Suprise! This is VERY popular. There was a 2 hour wait for a table but you could eat at the bar, which was great. Large restaraunt, good food. I had the Salmon bowl, husband had ribeye. Both were really good. Nice active atmosphere.

A group of 10 of us went to lunch today at the Cool Springs Jonathan’s location. We had a great time! The food as always was outstanding and the service was top notch! Paige was our server and she did a great job taking care of us. I highly recommend Jonathan’s!!

Wow great food, what a lovely venue. Super busy, but found us a nice table. Excellent food, really tasty and fresh. Lots of TV screens if you like sport.

Today was a turning point for me at this establishment, as I encountered numerous issues and was disappointed by the management's inadequate customer service training.

I was so excited to try Jonathan’s but can’t say I had a good experience at all. Went with 2 folks in my party from Sweden and 3 of us are local from Jackson. We originally were going to sit at the bar area and asked if we could move 2 tables together and was told yes. We go sit down and then someone else comes over and said “it’s rush hour and you can’t put tables together”…even though we asked first. We get a different table in the dining area and one of the Swedish folks orders a beer, showed his Swedish ID, and was told he needed his passport. First off, who just keeps their passport on them?? That’s a huge security risk. Secondly, what information is on there that isn’t on a valid drivers license? So we ask questions and then the waitress says something about “aren’t you guys the Swedish group who were sitting over at the bar?” NO IDEA what that was supposed to mean but I found that extremely rude and uncalled for especially since there was nothing at the bar she was referring to. We didn’t even sit long enough to look at menus let alone order a drink before we were so rudely made to get up. I definitely got a very bad taste regarding this restaurant and to only have mediocre food after those occurrences, yeah, i wouldn’t recommend going here ESPECIALLY if you have someone in your party that is foreign. Good luck, if so. Oh, and waiting for a salad 15 minutes AFTER all other cooked meals were brought out. Save your money and go elsewhere.
