They need to look at management, especially the one located in East Ridge, Tn. If you have an issue or a complaint he always has a one sided view and is very narrow minded in running a business.

I've eaten here a few times. They prepare a few traditional menu items but there's plenty of foods with flair. Salads are huge! Same goes for any of the pasta plates. The fajita nachos are great! They can be shared or eaten as a meal. Lots of monitors for different sports games. Haven't had bad service yet.

A Franklin staple, been around a long time. Pretty popular grill and bar, plenty of seating and plenty of TVs if you're wanting to catch a game. Happy hour is two for one, which is a big draw. I do appreciate some of the international beers they have on draft. Overall good food and good customer service. I do recommend, but keep in mind they do have a sleazy 3% of charge for using a credit card to pay. Don't view this as a cash discount, view this as a way that they grab an extra fee.

I would like to give a shout out to hostess Kylen. She was so friendly and SO COMMUNICATIVE. There was a bit of a wait, and she checked on us several times with an update and a smile. We need more restaurant hostesses like Kylen, and I hope her manager sees this and gives her a well deserved raise!

Great selection on menu for food and drinks . Server always seemed hurried and lacked personability. My cauliflower crust pizza was delicious. The atmosphere had ambient lighting, theme d Halloween decorations and good airflow throughout. Decent spacing between the tables and the booths on the restaurant side.
